Oh, no… It’s that time of the year again!
I feel like all the effort to ignore it was in vain.
Oh, the agony, the sadness, the pain!
Here come the face lines, the white hair,
The back aches for my despair!
This is just so unfair!
I feel like an old lady with a funny hat,
Perhaps I should get myself a bunch of cats?
Or maybe settle down and get married at last?
Or will he thing I’m going too fast?
Oh, maybe I’m too old to get a husband, too bad.
Since I’m on my way to my barren years, so sad…
Oh, but very well, come with the cake
I’m one year older, for Heaven’s sake!
Thinking it though, it doesn’t sound so lame.
After all, deep inside, I am still the same.
So, yeah, welcome 19th year of age.
Let me enjoy this cake and forget my rage.
It’s not that bad, not yet two decades.
Oh, crap, that’s next year, my youth shades…
