Hearing his voice, she started crying like a baby...holding the phone tightly...Jai wanted to take her in his arms right there..the more she cried..he felt someone twisted his heart again and again...

Maya (still in between sobs): Don't talk to me...

Jai: Acha..I won't...but will you be able to come to the hospital now?

That's when it hit Maya that he called her from her hospital..

Maya (Immediately getting panicked): Omg what happened...you okay? Why are you there?

Jai: Yes am okay..but Arnab is not...but he will be fine...

Maya: I will be there in half an hour...

Jai closed his eyes...every time he made an effort..backfired him. He was almost at her doorstep when he got a call from the headquarter... the naxals attacked Arnab and his team who was actually representing him there since he took a day off. Jay had to rush and it made him forget to inform "her" ...immediately after, he got busy in making a back up plan with Mr. Saswata Segupta. Two of their people died on spot...if he would have reached there on time...probably he would be able to save them...Arnab was being shot who eventually tried to save one of their fellow team members and got shot instead. As per the doctor the bullet didn't hit him...just touched his flesh...they were relived...Mr. Sengrapta insisted to accompany him to the hospital. Maya was not really required here as the attendants already started to treat Arnab. Jai was being greedy..her hospital reminded him of her..he knew..she probably didn't sleep at all..waited for him...cried for him...and would be extremely angry...after almost three months,, their relation was getting better...she gave him a chance and he ruined it again. At the same time, he also knew that she loves him hopelessly the way he loves her and that was so strong that these small issues won't be able to break them apart...❤️

He gave his Kaku a call..

Kaku: Hello..[ Jay's phone had no charge so he was calling them from the booth inside the nursing home campus]

Jai: It's me Kaku...

Kaku (A little astonished): Which number is this re? Are you not supposed to be with Shona Ma?

Jay kept silent..Mr. Ray understood his silence...
