Still cannot get in contact with patient’s guardians.

The man who had brought him in is now nowhere to be found; information is now shown as invalid. Further attempts shall be made.

Rosebay Group Home has no record of patient being there, but it is suggested to find the roommate the patient had allegedly been with. Until further notice, patient should be kept in our care.

Patient continues to interact with Nurse Kelley gradually. He had spoken to a fellow patient on November 7th, 2014 when asked to provide his name. No further interactions have been made.

Patient’s sleeping habits have grown from scarce to inconsistent. Patient sleeps more than thirteen hours at some nights, then less than two on others. Observation shall continue until further plans have been made.

Sessions:

Sessions are recorded. Patient continues his story. Patient had allegedly witnessed the suicide of his elder brother. Psychological effects are evident. It is estimated that the ‘Keenan’ in his mind is used to block unwanted thoughts and emotions.

Trust has been structured. Speaking about medications shall be unproblematic due to this.

Psychotherapy should begin.
