Pumunta na sa gallery ng operation room ni Dra. Hellion si Dr. Saavedra.(Gallery ang tawag sa mga lugar kung saan pwede mong makita ang operation mula sa taas. Tinatawag din itong theatre minsan) 'She's determined that she can do the operation but she doesn't know that she's dropping the bomb.' Bulong ni Caleb sa sarili. Pagpasok niya sa gallery, agad niyang nakita si Director Tarroja.
"We've met again, Dr. Saavedra." Director Tarroja said to Dr. Saavedra while focusing on the operating room where nurses prepare the patient.
Inayos ni Caleb ang coat niya bago umupo sa tabi ni Director Tarroja. Timing naman na pumasok na si Dra. Hellion/Hannah sa Operating Room pagkatapos nitong mag scrub. Pinasuot na nila sa kanya ang surgical gown at gloves.
"Mrs. Gorecho, We will now put you under anesthesia." Sabi ng isnag nurse sa pasyente.Nilagay na niya ang mask na may lamang chloroform. "Now, count from 10 to 1." Utos nito sa agad namang tinugon ng pasyente.
"10... 9... 8... 7....." Bago pa matapos ang pagbibilang ay nakatulog na ang pasyente.
"Anong music ang ipapatugtog natin?" Tanong ni Dra. Hellion.
"Yung slow music lang po doc." Suggest ng isang nurse.
"What about instrumental doc?" Tanong naman ng assistant doctor ni Dr. Hellion.
"Hindi kaya tayo antukin diyan?" Pagbibiro ni Hannah sa mga kasama.
"Doc, What about Hamilton Mixtape?" Tanong naman ng anaesthesiologist. Medyo sumang-ayon naman ang lahat.
"I've heard about that. Maganda rin naman. So, what do you think?"
"Sige po. Narinig na rin po namin iyan." Sabi naman ng isa pang nurse. Napangiti naman si Hannah at sinenyasan ang isa pang nurse para iplay ang music.
(Madalas nagpapamusic ang mga surgeons sa kanilang surgery. They decide on what music to play after makatulog ang pasyente.)
"That doctor over there," Director Tarroja said pointing at Dr. Hellion. "That is Dr. Hellion. She is one of the best surgeons here in MTEH. She is also the friend of my only grandson, Dr. Santiago. I will introduce him to you later."
"Don't bother director, I actually met them at the conference room a while ago while Miss Jane took me for a tour around the Hospital." Diretsong sagot ni Caleb. Gulat naman siyang tiningnan ni Director Tarroja.
"Really? So you already know each other."
"Vitals?" Tanong naman ni Hannah sa isang nurse sa baba habang nag-uusap sina Caleb at ang Director.
"Blood Pressure is 110over60, Heart Rate is 86, O2 saturation level is 97%."
"Everything is fine. Let us now start the pancreatic tumor removal. Scalpel."
"I assume it is, director." Sagot naman ni Caleb sa taas. He stopped talking as soon as Dr. Hellion started the operation.
Gumawa na si Hannah ng surgical cut sa tiyan ng patient. "Bovie" Ginamit niya ang bovie para icut ang layer ng skin na hindi nacut ng scalpel. Ito ay para walang matamaang vein sa loob.
"Gauze" Tinanggal niya ang kaunting dugo gamit ang gauze para maayos kong makita ang mga artery. (Gauze acts as a tissue paper to patient's body)
"They are starting the separation procedure now doctor." Pagiinform ni director Tarroja. "I know" Bulong ni Caleb sa isipan niya. "Do you think they can succeed with it?" Tanong sa kanya ng Director.
