He loves me - Chapter 4

Colby's p.o.v

I quickly left the garage leaving sam on his own as I walked through the house and out the front door Jake, Aaron and Corey all shouted me, I knew they wondered what was wrong.

I got in my car and drove, I had no idea where I was going but I had to clear my head.
I stopped my car on the side of the road and sat on a wall.

* Ring Ring Ring *

My phone had been ringing for 5 minutes but I didn't want to answer it so I got back in the car and drove. I had been driving for over an hour but I didn't go very far all of a sudden I felt a sharp pain in my head.

Sam's p.o.v

I wondered where he was out there knowing this information, I heard the others talking about how they saw him speed down the road.

"He's driving ?" I asked
"Yeah, what's wrong with him ?" Asked Jake who seemed oblivious which was probably for the best
"Did He say where he was going ?" I asked and they all just looked at me
"I'll take that as a no" I said as none of them answered me
"I have to find him" I said as I went to walk out the door my phone began to ring, it was Colby.

"Hey Colby I know what I said shocked you but it doesn't have to change our friendship, your my best friend and I love you" i said and I'm sure all the guys heard me but I didn't care

"I'm sorry but I'm a nurse at the local hospital, mr brock was brought in about 20 minutes ago he had and accident but he's in surgery" she said and I began to cry

"What's up, sam ?" Asked Corey as I just sat on the floor with my head in my hands

"Colby.... he.....he's been hurt" I said choking the words out

"We need to get to the hospital, now" me and Corey decided to go to the hospital, he drove

Colby's p.o.v

I just awoke and I saw a nurse, I was laid on a hospital bed, I must have had an accident, all I could think about was sam and what he told me.  I could have died and I didn't realise I felt the same.  20 minutes passed and I heard two voices I recognised outside my door.

In walked sam and Corey.

"Sam, how did you know I was here ?" I asked as he and Corey sat at my bedside

"The nurse phoned me" he said getting straight to the point

"Yeah, we were worried, dude" Corey said

"Could you grab me drink from the cafe please ?" I asked and Corey offered to go.

"Listen, you can ignore everything I said to you, what I told you, it doesn't matter" sam said but I could tell it killed him inside to say that to me

"We don't have to forget it, I didn't know I felt the same since I woke up and realised I nearly died" I told him and his eyes filled with tears, happy ones I hoped

He sat there and held my hand we spoke for about ten minutes, then visiting times were up.

"I'll come back tomorrow" sam said and he kissed my forehead.

Sam's p.o.v

Leaving Colby here overnight on his own made me feel bad but I didn't have much choice and at least I can see him tomorrow.

I walked out and bumped into Corey.

"We ready to go then?" He asked
"Yeah, didn't you go to get Colby a drink from the cafe"
I said
" I know when I'm not wanted" Corey said
"We never said that" I said
" I know don't worry, you're secrets safe with me" Corey said

Hope you enjoyed this chapter. I've not been well lately, been in hospital twice this week but I'm out and trying to get better, I thought I would upload this since I wrote it.
