Colby's Dilemma - Chapter Six

Colby's p.o.v

I came out of the toilet and back into my hospital room, sam was still sat there just like I left him about five minutes ago.

"I thought you were going to get my stuff for me"  I said confused as to why he had been sitting there so long

"You can't go home" he said breaking the silence

"What ? Why ?" I asked

"Well what about the others what will I tell them, what about the sam and Colby channel, what about your channel ?" He said kinda rambling through all he had to say

"I'll explain I'm taking a break from sam and Colby and my own channel too" I said and he didn't look too pleased

"Are you sure about this ?" He asked

"Yeah, I'm sure, dude I need a break from all of this" I said and he knew part of it was about him

"One last question, is this my fault ?" Sam asked and that made me feel sad that he thought I was leaving just to get away from him, when In fact I just wanted to recover properly without any worry of uploading a video every week.

Sam got up and slowly walked towards me, he kissed me in the cheek and left the room.

Sam's p.o.v

Colby wanted to leave, still I needed to show him why he had to stay so I rushed home, gathered all the roommates together and told them what Colby was thinking.

"Why does he want to leave, exactly ?" Elton asked

"I can think of one reason..." Corey began to say before I gave him a look that could possibly kill

"Well why Corey ?" Elton asked  waiting for an answer

"Never mind, I'm always wrong, I don't really know" he said which made elton kinda mad

"Sam, only you can convince him" a voice said behind me and there stood Katrina my ex girlfriend

"What ? Why?" I questioned not being able to speak full sentences as I was completely shocked she was here

"If you want Colby to stay, you need to convince him, I know you can do it" she said practically saying she believed in me. After everything I have put her through I had no idea why she would do this.

"Why are you here ?" I asked still shocked that she had even came to the house

"I heard about Colby and I wanted to make sure he was okay" she said very sweetly.

Colby's p.o.v

I sat in the hospital bed waiting to be discharged, I had already asked my doctor if it was safe to travel and he told me it was fine. I booked my ticket from LA to Kansas and I told my mom I would be home real soon, she was really looking forward to seeing me.

Half the day passed really slowly I finally saw sam turn up, he came running in like he was in trouble.

"What's the matter ?" I asked very concerned and confused

"You... You can't leave" he said out of breath

"Sam I thought you understood" i said feeling like he hadn't fully understood me before

"Stay.... please" he said pleading with me to stay here

"Sam I don't think I can" I said and he fell back into the comfy chair next to my bed.
