Remember when i said I wanted to punch the mayor? Now i want to burn him.
So picture this, its 5:30 am you're walking to the usual jeepney stop, you see it and its flooding. You wonder if the classes are suspended and check the class Gc but they say there's still no announcement so you keep walking through the damn flood because there's no other way through and you have a long test worth half your grade and you cant miss it.
Finally you managed to ride a jeepney but your socks and the lower part of your pants are wet. So you're waiting patiently to arrive at your destination but you find out that the road there is also flooded so your ride takes a shortcut and by complete surprise it also happened to be flooded. So you're forced to get off because the next route they're taking wont pass your stop.
Its now 5:50 and youre stuck waiting for a jeepney or a tricycle so you can go to school. The roads are flooded yet again so you and two other guys who goes to the same school as you decide to walk 20 minutes to a spot thats not flooded. You finally managed to reach a spot that doesn't have a knee high flood and you finally managed to get a ride to school.
You now reach your spot and get off only to walk 20 more minutes to school. You arrive there at 6:30 and you still have four flights of stairs to climb. But finally, FINALLY you reach class only to find out its Math time and you just missed a test and also your umbrella is now broken.
