Jiin666 - Murder. More specifically, manslaughter, which is the unintended killing of someone while either committing a separate crime or taking part in negligent/dangerous behaviors.
KITTIESRULES - Suicide cause he loaded the gun and was going to jump off the roof but instead he got shot by the bullet from the gun that he loaded
ScorpioGirl013 - Legally it would be considered murder because it was the shot that killed him.
