I keep walking.
I yawn.
He yawns.
His footsteps manages to catch up with me.
"But you're the one who suggested it."
He wobbles.
"They left us on a cliffhanger."
He laces his fingers around mine.
"Yeah but we can totally watch it on the weekend."
He passes me a styrofoam cup.
Steam oozes.
It's hot.
I drink the bitterness
like always.
