(A/n: My art again! This was going to be for the last chapter but it's perfectly fine to be put here, who cares? Anyhow enjoy!)

Danzell watched the queen leave, her platinum hair moving as she glared at him with green eyes before turning out of view. Still looking in the direction he met up with the princess, now turning his head to see her.

His attire was gorgeous in the fact that it all worked well together. It had intricate designs of diamonds and swirls and even a serpent dragon on it. Those patterns were a vibrant yet not overwhelming yellow. The of the shirt was a royal purple, deep and rich in color. Upon his shoulders rested a grey fur cape that draped over his left shoulder before falling ever so gracefully. His white pants were covered by black, knee high boots. Finally a black, skin tight long sleeved shirt stuck to his skin and under his flashy gauntlet.

"(Y/n)." He paused to get her attention. "Are you ready?"

"Oh! Yes, I am." Her bright, (e/c) eyes flashed back into reality.

"After you." His voice was as stern as usual when the words came out, they were more like a demand than out of curtesy.

"Thank you." She steps outside her door and allows him to shut it. Now following Daniel through the halls by his side, (y/n) every now and then would look into those mesmerizing eyes of his and think about his thoughts. Maybe he didn't see her as a nuisance, she sure hoped so.

Small conversation started between the two, just like when they were traveling to the kingdom. "Did you know anything about your family before this?" He spoke in a questioning tone, which is like saying he isn't stern.

"No, not really. As a matter of fact I never knew who my family was at all, just that I was royalty. Though I guess I considered mystery man being a dad of sorts."

"How do you feel about your mother, now that you know who she is of course." Daniel waved his hand in the air. He paused in the hallway before turning to look at the princess with a poker faced expression.

"I'm not quite sure yet, I mean I just met her today!" (Y/n) paused for a moment, knowing that whatever she says might make him angry in a way, after all the queen and himself don't seem to get along very well. "To Be honest she intimidates me a little bit, but I can tell she has good intentions!"

Her spirit jumped in excitement for a second before calming back down again. Danzell nodded once without context before continuing the little adventure. He turned to the left, (y/n) following close.

Along the walls of stone she noticed tapestries of different dragons shooting fire, water and other elements from their mouths and hands. There seemed to be people bowing in some and then fighting in others. "What are the tapestries about?"

"A past of this country and kingdom. To simply put it there was a war between powerful wizards and mages, in the end we won and a few wizards and mages pledged allegiance to us."

"Oh, that's cool."

Danzell lightly chuckled at her thought.

Later down the hall they turned a few more times before coming face to face with a glass door. Behind the glass door was deep green plants decorating a walk path that soon lead to the sun filled garden. Danzell opened the door for (y/n). She stepped in, the breath taking sight of many colors of flowers taking all of her attention. The smell was floral of course but also sweet. Sun poured from the blue sky and brightened the colors of the plants, making even the water sparkle with enhanced colors. "Wow, it's beautiful."

"Thank you, I have only the best gardeners on the continent to do this." Danzell lightly put his hand upon her back, leading her farther into the beautiful garden.
