epilogue

Milliard was jailed for eight years. By the time he was out, I would be long gone. 

The Socs went on just fine without him. Actually, we're all kinda buddies now. Like not best friends, but you can't really hate someone who helped save your life. Jade and Kathy had visited me in the hospital, and even brought flowers.

Life was going pretty good. The Gifted Writing Program added me as it's new leader and Clark joined. For once, everything didn't feel scary.

The greasers were still the same, and we all were still tightly knit. 

So as I go through these next years towards college and pursuing my writing career, I remind myself to do one thing :
