Lucas's POV: Today is New Year Eve. We are doing a party at Tony's, just us. Tony's parents are out of town and said it was ok doing a a little party today.

I just organized my room and went downstairs.

Dad: Lucas!..

Lucas: Hey dad

Dad: There is a surprise for you, should arrive any minute - and just then I heard the bell rang. I went to the door and opened it

XXX: Lucas!

Lucas: Toby - he jumped into my arms and I hugged him - You are big

Toby: I'm six now

Lucas: Yeah I know.

Maggie: Hey Lucas

Lucas: Hey, he is really big..

Maggie: I know, it feels like yesterday he was taking his first steps

We hang out for a while till my door bell rang

Lucas: I got it. - I went to the door - Hey Rik

Erika: Hi. - we heard Toby screaming from the living room - Bad timing?

Lucas: Never. Come on. Let's see if someone still knows who you are. - we went inside

Erika: Hey Adam (Lucas's father)

Adam: Hey Erika

Erika: Maggie, hi. It's been so long

Maggie: Hi. You're sick a pretty woman

Erika: Thank you.

Lucas: Toby!! - I yelled and he came running from the kitchen - Do you know this girl?

Toby: Erika! Hi! - she lowered to his level and he hugged her

Erika: Hey Toby.. you're a big boy now huh?

Toby: Yeah! I'm six now. - we all talked for a while till we heard a horn

Lucas: And these is when we leave. Dad I won't be here midnight

Adam: I know. See you later. Bye Erika!

Erika: Bye, thanks

Lucas: I'll see you tomorrow ok buddy?

Toby: Why are you leaving? - he was a little sad

Erika: It should be a crime leave a little boy like this - she whispered to me

Lucas: I have a party tonight for New Year

Toby: Can I go?

Maggie: No Toby, Lucas is going to a big boys party - he sat down on the corner and put his head in his hands

Lucas: If he wants to go that bad, he can. It's just going to be me and the squad in Tony's.

Maggie: I don't wanna bother Lucas..

Lucas: He doesn't bother, at all. Come on Toby! Let's go to the party!

Toby: Yaaaayyy!!! - he jumped on me and I picked him up

Lucas: Do you have a bag or something?

Adam: His backpack is in your room.

Lucas: Go with Erika, I'll be right back. - Erika picked him up and I went upstairs, I got his backpack, my wallet and went back downstairs - Ok. Dad where are the keys?

Adam: To the Prius or the BMW?

Lucas: The.. BMW?..
