Jake's POV: We were in the car and Lucas said we were almost there. We passed by some great houses and I wanted to know where were we going. 10 minutes later we got to a gate

XXX: Yeah?

Lucas: It's Lucas! - the gate opened - Here we are Paul - by the end of the little road there was a huge mansion

Jake: No fucking way! - when the car stopped I got out and looked at the house. A few minutes later, Tony came out of the house

Tony: Sup guys?

Jake: Pool party at my uncles.. mansion!!

Tony: Lol - Sunny got out of the car

Sunny: Hey

Tony: Hi - he hugged her and kissed her forehead - So, it's 30 minutes till people start arriving. We can do a house tour

Us: Sure - Sunny was confused and so were the girls.. right he is pretending.. I hope. We walked around the house and this is huge!! When we got to the backyard I was.. Wow

Jake: Wow

Tony: Pretty cool huh?

Jake: This is awesome.

Eventually people started arriving and the party started. Most of people I knew but some I didn't. Tony still haven't said anything about the anniversary. Till

Tony: Excuse me. - he got on top of the pool cascade- If you noticed I was distributing a glass with apple champagne, I know boo. - everyone laughed - But today is not just the anual pool party. Today completes the best year I've ever had in my life. I got a new best fried - he looked at me and we both got our glasses up - and today right about this time of the day, exactly a year ago I made one of the best decisions in my life. Sunny.. - everyone kinda looked at her - I know you were kinda mad because you thought I forgot - we all chuckled - But I didn't, I would never.. I'm here to show everyone how amazing you are and how much you make my life better everyday. Thank you for the amazing year we had, for every moment together. I love you baby, happy anniversary. - everyone "awn" and clapped. Tony got down of the cascade and kissed Sunny, she was emotional

Sunny: I love you. That was beautiful! - they hugged. I know everyone sees Tony as the clown on the group but when it comes to feelings he is very mature. Everyone was still kinda silent

Tony: Lets party people!!! - he pointedly the DJ and the music started and well here we go.

Erika: Come on - Erika pulled me by the hand and the crew followed us. We took our clothes off and jumped to the pool

*a while later*

It's been like two hours. The party is rocking! There's music, food, drinks, games, pool of course. There's a lot happening. I'm currently with Erika on my shoulders and Tony with Sunny on his. They are trying to push each other but..

Jake: They are not really trying

Tony: I know

Sunny: Well, excuse us if we are not as violent as you guys

Erika: Yeah

They ended up quitting and Sunny got down

Jake: You wanna jump?

Erika: Yeah - she said excited like a kid. I turned my self to the deep side and went as far as I could stand. She stood up and did a mortal and kinda pushed me back

Jake: Nice - we high fived and she giggled

Erika: Cheering has it advantages - she hugged me and I walked around the pool holding her - Where is Lucas and Ally?

Jake: I don't know

Tony: Paul! - we both looked at him - Go find Lucas! It's almost soccer time - I rolled my eyes

Erika: Right on time

Jake: Hmm be right back - I kissed her and got out of the pool, I got a towel and dried myself . I went inside and saw just a few people but no Lucas and Ally. I went upstairs and looked at the bedrooms and still nothing. When I got into the last bedroom they were fully making out and they both had their shirts off and probably would.. ANYWAYS. As soon as I opened the door I turned around

Lucas: Dude.... - Ally giggled and probably put her shirt on. She was on her bikini tho so I saw nothing!

Ally: Come on. Downstairs - she passed by me - Jake?

Jake: Are you dressed?

Ally: I was dressed

Jake: For now.. - she slapped me

Ally: Shut up! Bye - she went downstairs and I looked at Lucas

Jake: Dude! Are you crazy?

Lucas: For?

Jake: Where would this go if I didn't come in?

Lucas: I don't know

Jake: Right. - he got up from the bed and we went downstairs - Have you guys.. - he looked at me

Lucas: Done it? Kk Yeah Jake

Jake: For Real??

Lucas: Well Yea..

Jake: Dude!!!

Lucas: What? It just happened man. Look who is talking!.

Jake: I.. - he looked at me

Lucas: You haven't?

Jake: Hmm not really..

Lucas: Really?

Jake: Yea.. - I looked down

Lucas: Hey man there's nothing wrong in that. I respect it. I just thought it happened already.

Jake: Nope..

Lucas: But you don't want?

Jake: I do. But Erika..

Lucas: I get it.

Jake: Can we change the subject?

Lucas: Lol yeah. Soccer time right?

Jake: Yeah

We went outside and the guys were divided

Tony: Bros, you're on my team.

Lucas: Lets do this

We played soccer. We won, lol, we went to the pool again, we hang out, Lucas ended up singing and Sunny as well, we played truth or dare with like 20 people, we celebrated Sunny and Tony's anniversary, it was amazing. We had a great time. The party was awesome, and so was the mansion, never been here but it's really cool. Hope to come back again hehehe
