Chapter 76

Erika's POV: I woke up and looked at the time. It was 8:30 am. Jake was sleeping peacefully so I let him. I got up and went downstairs, I was about to get some cold water when I heard footsteps  and Lucas showed up in the kitchen already dressed up

Lucas: Nope. Not cold water. - he threw me a medicine - Take that with sparkling water

Erika: But Im fine.

Lucas: Just take it

Erika: Ok - I drank the water and followed him to the living room - Was that bad?

Lucas: No. You were just silly laughing

Erika: Oh ok. Are you mad?

Lucas: Why would I be mad?

Erika: Sunny was..

Lucas: She was worried, that's all

Erika: Uhum..

Lucas: How are you feeling?

Erika: Hungry - he chuckled

Lucas: I'm gonna make you some avocado and egg whites. Try not eat fat today, no bacon and stuff like that

Erika: Hm.. alright

He went to the kitchen and I went upstairs. Jake was still asleep. I got a hoodie and went back downstairs. Lucas was doing scrambled eggs and egg whites.

Erika: You're gonna eat that with?

Lucas: Toast

Erika: Ok. - I did the toast and got some bread for me. When he was done we sat down on the table and ate till Lucas's phone rang

Lucas: Yeah? - Hey Tony - How is he? - No, no cold water, no fat today. That means no eggs with bacon. - Jesus Christ.. - Can you do a soup?

I giggled when he asked about the soup

Lucas: Just give him some cereal and the a soup. You know that pasta that looks like rice? - Yes, put a bit of that on the soup - Ok. I'll stop by later. Ok see ya

Erika: Soup? Lol

Lucas: He is dead

Erika: I can imagine

Lucas: You wanna watch TV?

Erika: Sure.

We went to the kitchen and a while later Jake came downstairs

Jake: Morning - he kissed me and Bro shook Lucas

Lucas: You good?

Jake: Yeah, Im great. Are you Ok? - I nodded and he sat near me - Did you talk to Tony?

Lucas: Yeah he called me

Jake: How's Chance?

Lucas: In a huge hangover

Jake: He was bad yesterday.. bad bad.

Lucas: He will be fine

Erika: Yeah the soup will get him better - me and Lucas laughed and Jake looked confused - He will spend the day eating soup

Jake: Ew. Why?

Lucas: Because normal food will make him sick

Jake: Oh.. You know a lot about hangovers and sickness and stuff like that

Lucas: I dealt with it a lot.. - I laid down on Lucas's shoulder

Jake: Sorry man

Lucas: Don't be. Came in hand now

Jake: I'm gonna eat something

Lucas/Erika: Ok

Jake came back with cereal and we watched a bit of TV. I was laid down on Lucas lap facing Jake, with my legs over Jake's. We were like that for a while talking and watching TV till the doorbell rang

Jake: I'll go - I put my hand over Jake so he wouldn't get up

Lucas: It's open!! - he yelled from the living room

Jake: Lol - then later Lily showed up

Lily: Hey, good morning - she said kinda out of breath

Lucas/Erika: Morning

Jake: Hey. Why are you out of breath?

Lily: I was running from that huge dog, down the street

All: Lol - I looked at her and she was looking at Lucas. I got up

Erika: I'm gonna go change. I'll be back in a bit

Jake: Same - me and Jake went upstairs and Lily sat near Lucas - Why right now?

Erika: I feel like they need to have a talk

Jake: Right - he said holding his laugh

Erika: Shush- I slapped his chest and he laughed

Lily's POV: I got to Lucas's house and the door was open. I went to the living room and found Erika laying on Lucas's lap.. I know they are best friends for a Long time and we are not even dating but I just couldn't help to feel a bit.. jealous I guess..

Lucas: Hello? Lily?

Lily: What? Sorry

Lucas: What's wrong?

Lily: Nothing - he looked at me serious - It's no big deal, just forget about it

Lucas: Nope, tell me

Lily: No just forget it..

Lucas: Lily come on, what is it?

Lily: Nothing Lucas, just forget it

Lucas: You know I'll annoy you till you tell me

Lily: Go for it - she was being a bit sassy so I assume she is getting a bit upset

Lucas: Tell me

Lily: No

Lucas: Please..

Lily: Puppy eyes won't work. Can we just change the subject?

Lucas: Yes, if you tell me what's wrong?

Lily: Nothing!

Lucas: You're lying.

Lily: It's not my place to feel bad for it! I can't be jealous of something that's not technically mine so it doesn't matter! I just have to deal with it and suck it up. - she finished talking and stood silent for a while

Lucas: You were jealous? - she looked at me and I bust down laughing

Lily: Oh shut up

Lucas: LOL. Come on Lily, I didn't think of you as a jealous girl

Lily: I'm usually not so I'm as surprised as you are.

Lucas: Ok so now it's the time when I have to explain you everything that happened

Lily: Well.. - then she heard what I said - No. We are not even together. There's no reason for you to explain me what happens in your life with whoever it is. - she got up and I pulled her back laughing again

Lucas: Will you chill? I'm just messing with you. Calm down. - she did - We are not together.. true. But I was near Erika. And even when we date you can't be jealous of Erika. Erika, Sunny, Kenzie, Tessa, none of them count. If you some day get jealous of some other girl then you tell me and I will analise it - I kinda smirked

Lily: What do you mean by analise it?

She got sassy and.. well you know sometimes how we feel like we are about to get in trouble? Well yeah that's how I'm feeling right now.
