Amy's POV:
Almost a week has gone by since the accident. Shadow's been doing better and had to go back home not the dorm so I was pretty lonely.
"Knock Knock, it's me Blaze" I roll my eyes on how playful Blaze can be and opened the door "Hey Blaze, where's Rouge?" "With Knuckles, they're probably sucking face"
I laughed and playfully punched Blaze "Don't be silly" "but it's true!" We stayed silent for a moment until Blaze clasped her hands together and took a deep breath
"Amy, can I tell you something?" "Sure! What is it Blaze?" I can tell she looked nervous, what was she going to tell me?
"H-how do you tell someone that you like them?" I looked at Blaze in shock then a smirk appeared on my face "and is that someone perhaps.. Silver~?"
Blaze blushes madly "No! Of course it is not him..." "Yeah right~ c'mon tell me! I'm your best friend Blaze you can trust me" Blaze sighs and looks at Amy
"Fine.. It is Silver, I realized how much I really like him. He's really sweet and kind to me"
"Aww that's so cute" "Help me out Amy!" "Okay okay geez, look Blaze if you really do like Silver you tell him everything, how you feel around him and why you like him. Speak from your heart Blaze"
Blaze smiles and stands up "I will do it! I'm going to tell him how I feel" She opens the door and rushes out bit stops to quickly say something "Thank you Amy! You're great"
I had my back turned since I was getting a book from my drawer "No probs Blaze-" "What's with her?"
That voice... It sounds so familiar. Could it be?
I turned around and gasped dropping my book "Shadow.." I blush at his name as I spread my arms wide running towards him
"I missed you so much!" I said wrapping my arms around his waist embracing him into a tight hug not letting him go
"I missed you too" He hugged back while looking at me "How are you doing?" "Ehh, I'm doing well. I can finally walk now that's good"
I took a step back letting go of him and sat on my bed "gosh, it was so awfully quiet in here" "Aww did you miss me that much?" "Uh yeah?! I missed everything about you, I was not able to even sleep at night cause I couldn't hear your soft snores.."
I looked away blushing bringing up my knees to hide my face. I felt the bed got steeper on one end as I noticed Shadow just sat down on my bed
"Come here Amy.." I scooted next to him and he quickly grabbed me putting on his lap embracing me into a tight hug
"I missed your sweet smell Rose.. That beautiful smile of yours and those gorgeous emerald eyes" he gently placed his head on my shoulder
"Shadow... I love you so much" I turned around to face him and gave a quick soft kiss on his lips
He looked stunned but then slowly smiled chuckling
"I love you to Rose"
