On the Streets During the Purge

"I-can't-believe- I just- Aaron" Nash sobs
"It's-okay-you-didn't meant- to" Hayes replies
"Yeah- but I did-I feel-awful" Nash confesses
"I know- you - do-but we have- to -go-now." Hayes explains
"Ha- when did I become the younger brother?" Nash jokes
"Well I don't think that's possible, I mean you can't really get younger, I mean there are those wrinkle creams but you're not an old lady so-" Hayes starts
"Yeah I get it, it was a joke man."Nash interrupts
"Right I knew that." Hayes replies
"Come on" Nash chuckles
They leave the room.
-Carter and Matt-
"Carter!this is starting to get uncomfortable" Matt whines
"Hey it was your idea to hide in these things."Carter replies
"Well bad idea." Matt admits
"Yeah no shit. I feel like a crayon shoved into a box of crayons."
"Well then let's just go to the bathroom and wait for the guys." Matt suggests
"Now that's a good idea."
Carter gets out of the rack swiftly and silently. While Matt on the other hand....
DING
Matt hits his head on the top medal bar
"OW" he yells in pain
"Shhhh Matt "Carter hushes
Just then Matt falls backwards and makes all the hangers move. And a pair of panties fall on his face.
"AHHH" he exclaims
"SHHH dude." Carter again hushes
Matt finally gets out but when he does he trips over a shopping cart, making it bump into a clothing display.
"OH COME ON MAN" Carter yells
"Okay, okay I'm sorry"
"Yeah whatever let's just-" Carter starts but there is movement in the racks around them.
Matt puts his finger to his mouth and hushes Carter. Carter nods.
They both slowly back up out of the clothing section into the isle. Matt bumps into another shopping cart.
"Man is walking just not your thing today orrr what?" Carter whispers
"Really now you want to make fun of me?" Matt says a little hurt
"Right right sorry man." Carter apologizes
BANG.
On shot in the air
BANG BANG BANG BANG. More and more happen.
Matt backs up in fright and runs into the damn shopping cart again.
"REALLY?!" Carter yells
"Wait- that's it." Matt says
"What?"
Matt pulls the shopping cart to the middle of the isle.
"What are you-" Carter starts
"The bathroom is straight across" Matt explains hopping on to the cart.
"Ahhh nice" Carter replies
Carter hops on as well in understanding.
Guys start to pop out from the racks.
"NOW" Matt yells
They both push the cart with their feet as hard as possible then hop inside the back.
BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG.
They kill most of the guys while the cart is moving.
They suddenly smash into the water fountain next to the bathroom. They both jump out. Matt runs inside
"Haha PÜMA" Carter laughs at the still sanding criminals as he runs in.
Carter hears voices coming from the stalls. Him and Matt aim their guns at the stall doors.
-Nash & Hayes-
The boys run to the bathroom. They run in a trail. From the storage room, to one check out line, to another, to the bathroom.
They stay in there and just relax for a while. Suddenly they hear gun shots, and a lot of banging.
"What was that?!" Hayes asks
"Santa and his reindeer on the roof. WHAT DO YOU THINK IT IS?!" Nash jokes sarcastically
"Well I mean it's not Santa because it's no where near Christmas so-" Hayes starts
Nash slaps him in the back of the head
"Get in the damn stall" he chuckles.
Hayes does and Nash gets into the one next to him. They hear foot steps coming closer and closer until they just stop. Nash looks under the stall carefully. He sees the same shoes the criminals wear so he keeps quiet.
-Carter& Matt-
1...2..3 Carter mouths and with that him and Matt swing open the doors and aim their guns. They see....Nash and Hayes?
"AHHH" the four of them yell
"Hayes?" Carter asks
"Carter?"
"Nash?"Matt asks
"Matt?"
"TAYLOR!" Taylor yells running in with his hands in the air. Jack behind him, trying to catch his breath.
"Taylor don't ever- run- that- fast- again-" Jack demands panting in between his words
Jack looks up
"Carter? Nash? Matt? Hayes?" Jack asks
"TAYLOR!" Taylor exclaims in once more
All of them give him "really dude." looks
"So I guess we're all hear." Nash says jumping down from the toilet.
"No. Where's Shawn?" Taylor asks looking around
"And Aaron?" Jack asks
Nash starts to tear up.
"Nash what's wrong?" Carter says becoming alert
"I- I-" Nash starts
"WITNESSED Aaron's death" Hayes finishes "we both did actually it was-"
Hayes makes himself shed a tear
"Just awful."
"Oh I'm so sorry guys" Matt says
Nash looks at Hayes and Hayes just smiles.
"Okay and Shawn? WHERE IS SHAWN?" Taylor exclaims
"I guess gone." Matt replies as a tear rolls down his face
"No not only Aaron, but Aaron and Shawn?" Carter states in disbelief starting to cry.
The rest of the guys sob.
"Okay guys we need to get out of here."Nash demands wiping his tears
"Where are we gonna go?" Matt asks nervously
"Does somebody know how many hours are left?" Nash says
"I do" Jack answers. "9 hours and 50 minutes"
"Okay, we can do this right? We can survive the rest on the street." Nash tells them implying it will be okay.
"Uhm no we can't."Matt answers
Just then there was banging on the front door of the Walmart.
"Well I don't think we have a choice." Nash opens the three bathroom windows. And they all leave. First Nash, hayes, and Matt and then Jack, Carter, and Taylor
