Midoriya's Pov

i couldn't help but blush at Todoroki's wide grin, it was a rare sight and i think this is the only time Ive ever seen him to it.But i couldn't help but feel a cold shiver down my spine as the look in his eye didn't match his mood. It was mischievous no..iniquitous, Todoroki quickly noticed my uncertainty and went back to his unreadable self.

what secrets do you keep hiding Shoto Todoroki?

he brought his face closer to mine with a curious expression

"whats wrong Midoriya?Do you not want to be partners, i complete understand if you have second thoughts."

his words dripped uncertainty, he sounded nervous? was todoroki insecure?

"Of course not Todoroki! id love to be partners with you~"

i smiled widely at him hoping he would give me one of his subtle smile, and he did but it wasn't subtle. his smile seamed to reach his ears as his eyes glimmered with joy. The whole sight made me weak at the knees, i was falling quickly and i was afraid i wouldn't get back up but i don't mind even if he only sees me as a friend ill be the best friend i can be!

Todoroki's Pov

When Midoriya said he'd be my partner i couldn't be happier, the boys smile only showed of how he had sweet intentions and how pure he was, maybe too pure. The boy was like an angel,there when you need him the most and always shining brighter than the stars.

Maybe i could have a bit of fun?

I couldn't help but grin at what i was about to do, i slid closer to Midoriya till our shoulders met making his attention fall on me.

"T-Todoroki we're a bit too c-close don't you think?" he let out an awkward laugh

the way he stutters is something that can defeat armies simply by how effortlessly adorable he can be, he probably doesn't even notice it.

as he began to look away i gently grabbed his chin making him look at me, his face so close i could feel his nervous breath, i brought our faces close to the point were our foreheads were touching, Midoriya's eyes widened in astonishment..but he didn't pall away, his eyes remained fixated on me all his uneasiness gone. I began to laugh and pulled away leaving him look disappointed.

so Midoriya didn't pull away, that's something id never expect nor forget.

so this is extremely short simply because I have writers block, I try to make my chapter at least 1,000 words but sadly this one wasn't even half. Hopefully ill release more frequent and longer chapters but with school it may be difficult
