I felt a sudden shiver on my body. I ran down my hands to search for blanket, still eyes closed.
Where did the blanket go?
I searched for the blanket but when I couldn't find it, I annoyingly opened my eyes.
My eyes opened as I saw Ty lying on the bed and resting his head on his arms that were folded and placed in the bed. He was smiling and looking at me. He was holding the blanket away from me and had the blanket beside him.
"Slept well?" Ty asked.
Even though I was annoyed for not finding blanket, seeing Ty beside me and smiling at me, made me smile.
"Good morning," I whispered.
"Good morning, Jess," he said as he slowly leaned near me and press a kiss of my forehead.
I smiled 7and looked around. It seamed like it was still early morning. The sun didn't arose yet.
That's good.
I needed to pray Fajr.
"What time is it?" I asked as I sat on the bed and yawned.
"It's 7:00 am," he said as he sat on the bed.
My eyes wided. "What?!" I yelled, panicking.
"Don't 'what's me. I am trying to wake you for past half an hour," he sighed, rubbing his neck with his hand. "You have like 18 minutes before sunrise. You have to pray Fajr salah before that."
"Crap!" I yelled as I rushed out of the bed and stumbled a bit, feeling a bit dizzy because of the sudden movement.
Ty looked at me, worriedly as I held onto the dressing table to steady myself. "You okay?"
"Yeah," I nodded. "Just a bit dizzy."
Ty nodded and got off the bed. "I will make breakfast while you finish your ablution and pray."
I nodded as I rushed to the washroom. I quickly did my ablution and tan out of the washroom and began to pray Fajr Salah.
After I finished my Fajr Salah, I raised my hands to make dua.
"Oh Allah, You are the almighty and the One and Only God. Thank You, Allah, for saving my life that day. Even though I was injured but I am still okay. Thank You a lot for that Allah. And Thank You for saving Ty. When Ty jumped in the fire to get me out of there, he could have seriously injured himself. Thank You a lot Allah for keeping him safe. Please Allah ( S.W.T.), just like this, please keep Ty safe all the time," I prayed.
I remembered the case. I remembered about Marc.
"Allah ( S.W.T.), You are the all knowing. You know about the case that I am working on. Please Allah, give me enough strength to solve this case. Please Allah, give me enough strength and courage to fight back with Marc. I want to put Marc behind the bars, so, please Allah, give me enough patients and intelligence to find a way to arrest him," I said finishing my prayer.
I then put the Quran on its place and looked at the mirror. After spending such a long in bed and showering did made me look like a mess.
Maybe I should take a shower?
I grabbed a pajama and t-shirt and went to the washroom and took a small shower. Then I got changed into that pajama and t-shirt. I grabbed a towel and rubbed my hair as I got out of the washroom and made my way towards my room.
I put the towel away and rubbed some face cream on my face and made my way down the stairs.
I did felt a bit weak but I felt a lot better now.
I climbed down the stairs and saw Ty putting some pancakes on the table.
"Hey," I said, softly, as I came near the dining table.
Ty looked at me and smiled. "You are late," he said and then looked at my hair and nodded. "You took a shower."
"Hm," I went near the pancake as he went near the stove to fry some more for him.
I look at the pancakes and smiled. Pancakes were my favourite.
I took a bit of whipped cream and poured it onto the pancakes. I put the strawberry on the top if it and then I poured some maple syrup on the pancake.
I was enjoying so much into doing something I want but I didn't realize that Ty was watching me until I felt him arms wrapping my waist from my back.
I gasped at the sudden movement. I felt his slowly moving my hair at a side of my neck, exposing my neck. His finger tips ran down my hair, making my stomach squeezed.
I wasn't used to with Ty acting like this yet. I didn't hated it but it was just something new and I just didn't know how to react.
I felt him slowly leaned down on my neck and resting his head on my neck.
Heat flushed on my cheeks. "Ty . . ." I shuttered.
"Don't . . ." He whispered, nuzzling on my neck. ". . . Ever take a shower and then come in front of me with those wet hair."
I was confused.
What?
I turned around and looked at Ty. "Why is that a problem?" I asked.
Ty sighed and ran his arms down my wiaar and pulled me up and made me sat on the table.
"Ty . . ."
Ty sighed as he leaned closer to me. "I know that this sort of stuffs are new to you so I am trying to take it slow but woman . . ." He sighed as he leaned on my neck and rested his head this. ". . . You are going to make me snap."
Oh . . .
I pulled Ty and cupped his cheeke as he looked at me. Our faces were inches away.
"Then . . ." I shuttered as he looked at me with his blue deep eyes. My fingers, ruffling his hair. "Maybe . . . You shouldn't hold back," I whispered.
Ty leaned closer to me. I couldn't feel my heart beating f faster as he nose touched mine. "You should know what are you asking for, princess," he whispered as he tugged a strand of my hair at the back of my ear. There was a tint of blush on his cheeks.
"I know . . ." I whispered as I felt his lips slowly leaning closer and as his lips about to touch mine, I smelled something burning. I pulled my head away making Ty frown. "Is something burning?"
Ty's eyes wided as he pulled away from me. "Oh merda! I left some pancakes in the pan on the stove!" He said as he rushed to the stove to turn it off and taking off the pancakes.
I laughed.
'Oh merda!' Huh? Maybe it can't 'Oh crap or something . . .
Thinking about it now . . .
I remembered the conversation that Ty had in the phone with Marc. It was all in Italian. Even though Ty didn't had a connection with crimes but he did knew Marc, very well.
I had to talk to him. I had to ask him why was he against Marc so much. I had to ask him about their conversations that happened that day.
Maybe, after listening to Ty, I can find a weakness and get to Marc.
