"Yes mom, dad, I'll be fine don't worry I can take care of myself". Kengkla had been trying to tell his parents for the nth time that he can manage staying in a dormitory.

"But son we can just get you an apartment it's more convenient and you don't have to share with anybody". Little did his father know that one of the reasons Kengkla wanted to stay in a dormitory is because he wanted a roommate. He was an only child and they have a very big house, growing up he felt it's somewhat lonely so he wanted to try living with someone else.

"Don't worry dad if I don't like it here I'll ask you and mom to get me an apartment. I'll just try this out first", Kengkla says hoping his parents will now stop nagging.

"Okay dear, if you ever need anything just call us okay?", Kengkla's mother says in which Kengkla just responded with a nod.

It was a little after noon when his parents decided to leave after helping him arranged all his things and giving him almost a hundred reminders. His dormitory is the typical college dormitory: two single beds, two dressers, a little table near the window, an air conditioner, and a bathroom. It's not what Kengkla is used to but it's comfortable enough.

Feeling a little tired Kengkla laid down on his bed and decided to take a nap. He wondered when his roommate would be moving in and who would it be. He hopes he's nice so he won't regret his decision of staying here. With those thoughts in mind Kengkla doze off.

It was almost 7 pm when Kengkla woke up. The lights and airconditioning is turned on and things are all over the opposite bed so it means his roommate must have arrived while he was asleep. But nobody was around, Kengkla figured his roommate must've gone out maybe to buy food. Speaking of food, Kengkla was a little hungry himself so he decided to go out and order take-out. But just as he finished getting ready he heard the door open and he almost dropped his keys when he recognized who it was.

Techno's POV

Kengkla looked like he just saw a ghost. I wanted to laugh but I restrained myself, it's not like I didn't have the same reaction earlier. Earlier when I arrived I had no idea what to do when I saw Kengkla sprawled out on the other bed. I knew Kengkla would go to the same university as me as Technic is also here, but what are the chances really of him staying in the same dormitory. But here we  are, me and Kengkla in the same room.

"Hello Kla, I'm your new roommate. I arrived earlier but you were alseep". Techno tries his best to sound calm when in fact he just wanted to run away from here.
                          ----------

Kengkla on the other hand remained silent and continued to stare at Techno. But as soon as he realized he was staring too much he tried to divert his gaze and headed towards the door.

"Where are you going? I bought food for the both of us, I figured you would be hungry", says Techno which made Kengkla look at the older boy with confusion. Kengkla tried to say something but was cut-off by Techno, "I've bought too much and I can't eat it alone so just stay". Although Kengkla was still confused he decided not to argue.

The two boys ate in silence unsure of what words to say. They can't pretend to be suddenly okay around each other when this was their first time talking in almost two years.

Kengkla and Techno were in a relationship when Kengkla was still in 9th grade and Techno was a freshman in college. They weren't exactly sure themselves how it happened but Kengkla had the biggest crush on Techno for almost two years before Technic accidentally revealed it to his brother. They were a little uncomfortable after but Kengkla being the persistent kid that he is managed to ease the tension and eventually they got closer. But the rest is history and they broke up. Since then Kengkla stopped going to Techno's house but remained good friends with Technic. Now funnily enough they're being played again.

Techno was the first one to speak when he couldn't take the silence anymore. "So Kla what faculty are you in?", Techno asks as if he hadn't already asked his brother about it.

"Business administration P'", Kengkla answered without directly looking at Techno.

"Oh your faculty's near with Technic's, that's good". Kengkla just nodded as a response and silence once again filled the room.

"So how were you?", Techno asks in hopes of starting a conversation with the younger again but Kengkla, instead of answering, stood up, got his keys and headed towards the door.

Kengkla stopped and with his back facing Techno he spoke, "I've been better P' but I can't pretend like you, I can't pretend nothing happened and just go on with my life. I'm not as cruel as you". Kengkla pauses a little bit before continuing, "Don't worry P' when I come back I can even pretend that I don't know you". And with that Kengkla left.
