She hadn't talked to any of her few friends or Tae for that matter, in weeks. They were all getting worried, at least, most, and Soonyoung nearly suggested they file a missing person report.

Her: I'm sorry. My phone's been at the shop and I could never find the right time to text you. I'm sorry :(

She sent that to everyone.

Tae answered immediately. He had been on edge for weeks. Almost affecting his work.

Tae: why would you do that to me

Her: :( I'm sorry

Tae: jun said that you were never home either

Her: work.

Tae: you work at 3am too?

Her: :/ I'm in school break. Gotta make the most of it.

Tae: be careful

Tae: don't overwork yourself

Tae: I've been worried sick. :(

Her: ❤️

His heart skipped a beat.

Her: thank you.

Her: sorry I meant to send ☺️

And he scowled.

Tae: what's been going on?

Her: just work :/

Tae: just work?

Her: just work.

Her: speaking of work, I have to go now.

Tae: already???

Her: >~<

Her: yup

Tae: okay

Tae: 💖💓❤️💘💝💘💓💓💓💓💕💕💞💞💝💖💖💖💝💝💝💘💘💓💓💓💞💞💕💗💘💓💖💕💖💖💖💞💖💕💖💖💘💓💖💘💖💕💘💞

Tae: work hard!

Her: haha

Her: of course

Her: peace out 🍯

He was overthinking her last message.

'Honey'

"Mr. CEO is calling you." The assistant came and found her with the same disgruntled look. She sighed and went to go change. She wasn't dressed any better today. She wore a white shirt and black adidas.

But her janitor suit was probably reeking of chemicals.

Mr. CEO? How funny.

She went up the elevator with the assistant who was obviously trying to keep from laughing at her outfit.

She stepped out and saw the CEO frankly quite surprised at what she was wearing. "I'm sorry. The janitor suit smells like chemicals and I didn't want to give you a headache."
