People do care
They just might not make it obvious
Don't hurt yourself
You matter
You make a difference
I know it sounds cliche but it's true
People need you
Don't do it
It will impact people
Get help
People can be kind
They just don't show it enough
I know it is tough but just keep on going
I know you can
I believe in you
