When Mr.Todd brought my dad out in handcuffs I couldn't help but smile just the thought of him leaving made me feel so alive. I looked at Austin who was looking down at me I then turned my head to my father who was mumbling to himself my he was pissed off. When my dad and Mr.Todd left I stood up and grabbed my pants I thought it was kind of awkward hugging Austin in just my shirt I barley knew the kid.

"I'm going to get in the shower, so if you want to just hang out until I get out that would be okay." I said

Austin nodded and lied down on my bed, when I got into the shower I couldn't help but cry but it wasn't a hurtful cry it was a joyful cry the man that was supposed to be my father was finally gone and out of my life. I got out of the shower and changed my clothes I really didn't know what to wear because I didn't want to ruin my school clothes so I just grabbed a pair of sweats and a crop top. I felt Austin stare at me I didn't know whether to look back at him ans smile or confront him it was just kind of awkward.

"It's rude to stare." I laughed

"I'm sorry, It's just the bruises." He replied

I rubbed the side of my hip and looked out my window I felt kind of shocked that he would see those, they were starting to fade.

"Tell me your story." Austin said

"What do you mean? You heard it all in the hospital?" I replied

"Not that story, your story." Austin laughed

"Oh my god what do you mean.?" I chuckled

"Who are you , What do you want to be when you grow up, Do you like traveling?" Austin replied

"Well, I don't really know how to answer the first question... but I actually want to travel." I said looking at him

"See that's a start, now what do you want to be when you grow up?" Austin asked

   "Nothing." I replied

"What do you mean." Austin replied

"I mean if I'm traveling isn't that being something already?" I asked

"Wait.. you want to be nothing but you think traveling is something.?" Austin laughed

    "Exactly." I smiled

"You have such a beautiful smile." Austin said

I lied down next to Austin we stayed laying on the bed until I sat up and faced Austin.

"Tell me your story." I said

"Okay well I want to be a.." Austin said half way

   "Not that story." I replied

   "What story?" Austin said

I looked at him and lifted up his sleeve.

   "That story." I replied

  "okay." Austin replied

"Well when I was ten I lived with both of my parents, I thought everything was fine but I came down stairs one day and I saw my mom crying. My mom was a pretty sensitive gal so it didn't bother me at the time so me being the good kid I just hugged her and went back upstairs. About two hours later my dad came home so I did the usual and gave him a hug and finished playing with my toys. I came out of my little toy room and saw my dad and mom arguing which is every relationship? As I got closer I heard my dad tell my mom she was a worthless bitch and nobody would ever love her she didn't reply she just sat there and cried. My dad just looked at her like he never even knew her "You and your son are stupid little fucks." My dad said by him calling me worthless just made me feel bad about myself and that's why I started cutting." Austin said facing the wall.

I couldn't help but hug him it felt nice being friends with someone who had been through so much.

"would it be inappropriate if I kissed you?" Austin said

I looked at him and leaned in I was expecting it to be a regular kiss but it turned into a make out session. I grabbed the side of his neck and sucked on it trying my best not to give him a hickey I opened my eyes to him putting his hands on the edge of my shirt getting ready to lift it up I wasn't going to stop him. I continued with what I was doing and unbuttoned his pants, he then did the same to me and looked up.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" He asked

"Yes." I said kissing his neck
