- I am so sorry for the last chapter I know it was short-

I looked around my room and grabbed my bags it didn't take long since I had nothing. I walked towards my door and looked at my room one last time, the thing that hurt me the most is that I basically grew up in that room which was sad I should've been a normal kid but I wasn't.

Austins POV:

I looked over at Alex who was standing in front of the door way, I couldn't tell if she was happy or sad I don't even think she was sad I knew she was hurt and that was a fact.

"Alex you're going to be okay." I said whispering in her ear

"I know." she stated

I grabbed her waist and pulled her in making me hug her tight, I kissed her neck which made me pull her face in. I didn't know where this was going but I knew if she wasn't going to stop me then there wasn't a point.

"Austin shouldn't we be going." Alex laughed

"Yes." I replied

We made our way down the stairs with a bag in each hand, they were heavy for a girl who didn't have anything. I saw Alex lock the door and turn away quickly I thought she would stare at the house the way she looked at her bedroom but she didn't which surprised me.

"Come on we have a bus to catch." I yelled

Alex looked at me confused.

"A bus?" Alex said

"Yeah a bus you know the long things." I laughed

"I know what they are but why do we have to take a bus?" Alex questioned

I didn't know what to tell her.

"Why are you asking so many questions." I asked

"You could be a rapist." Alex chuckled

"Well if I was I would be a good one." I said kissing her cheek

"That wasn't weird." Alex said

"C'mon." I exclaimed pulling her across the street

The sky was scattered with stars along with a moon right in the middle it was beautiful. I looked at Alex who was looking around, she reminded me of a little girl who lost her self in society but then again who doesn't?

"You don't go outside much do you?" I asked her

"There is a lot of stuff I don't do." She replied

I nodded my head and turned my focus to the bus sign it was dirty and vandalized this area gave me the chills. I saw the flickering lights of the bus coming towards us it was kind of creepy but the area over here isn't exactly the cleanest nor is it the Richest.

Alex POV:

The bus doors swung opened and we stepped in, the bus driver was fat and bulky which was highly intimidating following in that category he had a wart at the end of his nose that made me want to puke. I stepped onto the bus which immediately tilted, causing me to lose my balance. I gave a polite smile to the driver and made my way towards the back with Austin following behind.

The bus ride was fairly long and awkward considering it was just Austin and I. When the bus stopped I gave Austin a stern look and got up I had no idea why we were on the rich side of town. Austin looked at me and grabbed my hand when we made our way back up to the front I heard the bus driver whisper something but I couldn't make it out.

"What are we doing over here?" I asked

"Well, long story actually." Austin said

"Clearly we have time." I replied

"I live here okay. Lets leave it at that." Austin said rather shaky

Did Austin just have a mood swing?

"Okay sorry for asking." I said

We stopped at two large gates they had the words "Valley Hills" written in gold letters on the front. At this point I didn't even know what was happening it was very confusing for me. I saw Austin wave at the gate attendant and signal him to open the gates. The houses were beautiful they were painted a cream color along with a yellow color but it wasn't a bright yellow it was dull. The houses that were cream had a Burgundy color door and the houses that were yellow had a white color door.

"Which house is yours?" I asked

"Oh, I don' live on this side." Austin stated

"Which side do you live on?" I replied

"I live in the brown ones." Austin said

"What's the difference?" I asked

"Well these houses are for the people with less money, you know financially." He replied

"Oh.." I said

I walked quietly with him to his house it was really nice it was painted a mocha color with a dark brown door. You could clearly see the inside the house but not fully. When I walked in I was instructed to take off my shoes I looked up at the ceiling which held a beautiful chandelier. I looked at Austin and he kissed my cheek he then pulled me forward and took me upstairs.

"When do you plan on going back to school." Austin asked

"two or three weeks." I replied

"Well okay while I'm at school you can stay in here until we have the guest room situated." Austin said

"We?" I replied

"I live with my grandma." Austin said

"Your parents?" I asked

"Let me show you around." Austin said avoiding the question

I walked into his bedroom which was really nice, he had posters all over his walls which were the 1975 along with the Neighborhood.

"Great taste in music." I stated quietly

"Thank you." Austin said

I looked in the corner of the room and saw a queen bed poking out, the bed set was a navy blue color with gray stripes on it. I turned my focus to the main wall of the bedroom where I saw a black leather couch right in the center.

"You like my walls." Austin asked

"I already said great taste." I replied

"No the color," Austin said

"What about it." I asked

The walls were a simple dark gray.

"They were just painted." Austin exclaimed

"Oh I love them honey." I replied

"I know babe." Austin said

I went into the bathroom and put on my pajamas, it was pretty hot in the house so I just put on shorts and a tank top. I walked in on Austin taking off his shirt his back was covered with scars but covering the scars on his shoulder was a tattoo but I couldn't make it out.

"What does your tattoo say." I asked

He straightened out his back and it said, "With pain comes strength."

"Your 15 and have a tattoo who signed for you?" I asked

"Nobody." Austin said queitly

"What do you mean?" I asked

"I'm pretty tired, lets go to bed." Austin replied

"Where will I sleep." I said

"My bed, I'll sleep on the couch." Austin said before laying down

"Goodnight." I replied before laying down
