I finally published the next  chapter of this fanfic. :) I am so sorry it took so long to write it. My laptop broke down, so I was without a laptop for 2 maybe 3 weeks. My new laptop, well in this case my used laptop, came in the mail. I got it set up and was finally able to be online. I then had to extract my files from the hard drive of my old laptop, so that I could continue writing. :) <3 I'm so happy to be back!!! ^_^ <3  I hope this chapter was worth the wait. Enjoy!! ^_^ <3

Term has begun at Hogwarts, 1st year students have been sorted and have enjoyed their first Start of Term feast. Snape himself have spoken to his house in their common room, giving his speech and making sure they helped their first years find their way around. Though this time his speech was different from the his usual speech. He had also said to attempt to make friend with students from other houses and to attempt to strive for house unity with the other 3 houses. He emphasized on that part, especially. Snape had put his Order of Merlin medal in a glass case and had put it on his mantle. For once, he didn't mind showing it off, he had earned it. 2 month into the new term, Hogsmeade weekend was upon them as was the Halloween Feast. Hedwig, arrived the day of the Hogsmeade weekend. Hedwig pecks at Snape's window. Snape was looking over the last of many essays that he's been grading, when he heard the tapping on his window. Snape looks up from the essay he was grading to see Harry's snowy owl. He sets his quill down and gets up from his desk. He goes to the window and lets Hedwig into his office. Hedwig flaps her wings and lands on Snape's desk. Snape walks over and gently takes the letter. He pets Hedwig and hands her an owl treat. He finds Hades' water bowl and points his wand at it, filling it with water. He sets the water in front of Hedwig and said, "There you go, Hedwig." Hedwig hoots gratefully before drinking a bit of water. Snape smiles slightly as he pets her, before sitting down and opening Harry's letter:

Dear Severus,

I can't believe you found the stone! I'm glad you got to talk to mum, dad, Sirius and Remus. I'm also glad you guys don't hate each other any more. Not to mention, that your a marauder now, wow! The name Braveheart, definitely suits you. I'm coming during Hogsmeade weekend, this Saturday in fact, to see how you are doing, talk about your experience with the stone and see your transformation. I don't know if you know this, but I can see thestrals, so can Neville and Luna. Thank you for all of your help. I wouldn't have become an auror without your help with my studies. See you soon, Severus.

Your friend,

Harry Potter

Snape folds the letter and smiles, as he puts the letter away. He was looking forward to talking to Harry. He was even going to show Harry, via the pensieve, the experience he had with the stone. He'll have to ask Minerva if he could borrow the pensieve for the day. Most of the students will be at Hogsmeade, so it would be a perfect time to talk to Harry, without any interruptions. He was definitely looking forward to Harry's visit. Also the fact that Harry could see thestrals wasn't surprising, but to know Luna and Neville could see them too was interesting. He, too, could see them, ever since he saw his mother die of pancreatic cancer. Witches and wizards may be able to heal many things better than muggles, but just like muggles, there is no cure for cancer for witches and wizards. His mother died in the summer. A year after he completed Hogwarts. He gave her a proper burial amongst the Prince family plot. His father was buried by his family. He made sure they weren't buried together. He didn't think his mother deserved that. He will have to tell Harry all of this when he comes to visit. He will have to write to both Luna and Neville and find out when and why they are able to see them. He will also have to ask Harry when he started seeing thestrals. In turn, he will tell Harry when he, himself, started seeing them. He writes 2 separate letters, One to Neville and on to Luna asking when they were able to see these thestrals and why. As well as asking them how they've been doing since the war. He pockets both letters as a knock was heard on his door. He pets Hedwig as he said, "Enter." McGonagall pokes her head in and asks, "Would you like to join me in Hogsmeade? I'll need a chaperone, since Filius has decline to join me. Hagrid is already there." Snape said, "Alright. It's about time that I went. It's been far too long since I've gone there. I can finish grading the last of the essays later." Minerva smiles as Snape stands and grabs his cloak. He puts on his cloak and smiles slightly to Minerva, "Shall we?" Minerva smiles as she backs out to allow Snape to step out of his office. Snape locks his door then says a spell to ward it. He puts his wand up his sleeve and said, "Better to be safe than sorry, Minerva." McGonagall nods, "I agree with you there, Severus." They head down towards the double doors and out onto the grounds. They walked passed the gates, muttering spells to ward the gates, before continuing down the path to Hogsmeade Village.
