Ever since Talia Brooks was 15 years old, she has an odd obsession with California. She based her entire future around the state. She had already been accepted into the International College of Beauty Arts and Sciences in Los Angeles for cosmetology and plans to be styling for the top celebrities.

Now that she has graduated high school, she is all ready to move out to California from New York and start her new life out there. But, there is one thing holding her back.

Michael Clifford.

Talia and Michael have been best friends ever since she was 14 years old. He had always been her right hand man and he watched her become obsessed with the state.

He had always been like a big brother to her and always protected her when she need to. He loved her like a little sister. He loved her more than he had loved anything and she loved him too.

Michael has this dream of become a musician and changing peoples lives through music. The only way he can do that is going to California.

Talia loves the fact that her best friend wants to follow through with his dream and that he wants to go to with her to California. She wanted to have someone there experience it with her.
