I saw both of them rushing toward me and Aizawa scooped me up.

My vision was fading fast and I could feel blood rushing down my neck. My broken arm waved, limply as he ran. I could hear them both talking to me, but I couldn't understand what either of them said. I was trying to focus so hard on breathing, because I couldn't.

Oh god, the students. Are they okay? Did they make it out? My burnt hand was rubbing at my throat as I tried desperately to breath and speak. I looked up to see something wet running down Aizawas cheeks as Midnight grabbed my hand to stop me from touching my wound.

From what I could make of the situation, I was dying. I was dying, I was useless, and there was nothing I could do about it. Then, everything went black.

~All I can think about is the searing pain in my throat. It hurts. I can't breath. Why can't I breath?~

My eyes pried open and I was greeted with darkness. 'Oh god, I'm dead.' I thought.

Then I heard beeping that was only getting more and more rapid. It kinda sounds like a hear rate monitor...

"Nurse! Nurse, she's awake!" I heard a male voice yelling.

"Good god, Aizawa. Keep your voice down." I attempted to say. But nothing came out.

I was suddenly blinded by the lights in the room being flicked on and my bed was swarmed by nurses and doctors. I gave them all weary looks and I was genuinely scared.

"It's gonna be alright! Do you know where you are?!" The male doctor shouted at me.

"What's going on?" I mouthed. Still, no sound came out. I reached up to itch my throat and I was interrupted by a nurse slapping my hand away.

I gave her a 'Fuck you' look and squirmed out of all the nurses and doctors grips. "Stop touching me!" I wanted to shout. I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror that faced my bed. I had IV lines connected to me and a tube sticking out of my throat. My face changed from confused to pissed to downright scared. I kept squirming and they kept trying to hold me down.

"Hey, she doesn't know where she is, let her sit for a second!" I heard Aizawa shout.

'God, why is everything so loud?' I thought. All the doctors and nurses took a step back and I settled myself. I looked around at their faces and they all had a mild case of resting bitch face.

Then I saw Aizawa. He looked confused, angry and relieved all at the same time. I just looked scared as hell.

"Do you know where you are?" The doctor asked again. I tore my eyes away from him and looked at the doctor. I shook my head. I knew I was in a hospital, but I didn't know where.

"Do you know your name?" A nurse asked. I looked at her and nodded. Then she pointed at Aizawa. "Do you know his name?" She asked. Again, I nodded. Then they stopped asking me questions and went on with the routine check up. They changed my IV bags, changed the bag for my feeding tube and they went on their way. They gave me no explanation as to why I had a tube sticking out of my neck, or why I couldn't talk.

Shortly there after, it was just Aizawa and I in the room. I turned toward him and gave him the most terrified look, and in turn started crying. My face was wet, but no sound came out, other than air passing through the hole in my throat. He came and knelt by my bedside, taking my hand in his. His eyes were red and puffy, like he had been crying too.

"What's happening?" I tried to ask, but nothing.

This made me cry harder and my heart monitor started beeping really fast again, to which a nurse rushed in and saw me crying. The beeping of the monitor scared me, making me cry even more. The nurse just laid me back in the bed and told me to calm down. As she headed for the door, I caught her scrubs and she turned around. I pointed to the hole in my throat and gave her a confused look.

"I'm not qualified to tell you this information. I'll send in your doctor, okay?" She said, flashing me a sad smile. She then left the room.

I watched as she walked out and I looked at myself in the mirror. My right arm had a cast, my left hand was bandaged, both my torso and my pelvis had some sort of movement restraint or cast, there was a tube up my nose, in my arm, and a hole in my throat. My body was in shambles. As I criticized my body for looking the way it did, I looked at Aizawa.

"Students?" I mouthed. He paused a moment before he got what I meant.

"They're fine. Midnight had the autonomous bus drive them back to campus." He responded. His voice was horse, like he had been yelling a lot.

I just nodded, unable to say anything. He took my hand again and knelt by my bedside. I looked at him with confusion. Then tears started rolling down his face. I gave him a look of panic and my heart monitor jumped again. He looked panicked then and started telling me to calm down, a laugh escaping his lips.

"Calm down. I'm fine. We don't need your nurses in here again." He said quietly.

I attempted to laugh, but nothing came out. My face fell again.

"It's okay." He said, rubbing my hand. Then a doctor knocked lightly on the door. "Come in." He said for me.

The doctor strode into the room and smiled at us. "Welcome back, sleeping beauty." The doctor joked. I gave him an odd look and Aizawa looked guilty. I looked between the two, my eyes landing on the doctor. "Oh. I assume he didn't tell you. You've been in a medically induced coma for a week and a half now." He said.

I blinked at him a few times and looked at Aizawa, then back to the doctor.

"Well, we need to go over everything, and unfortunately, this is classified stuff. I can't legally tell him anything, it has to be one on one." The doctor told me. I understood that and I nodded at him.

I looked at Aizawa and half smiled at him, nodding. "It's okay." I mouthed. He put his hand on my cheek for a second and stood. He and the doctor nodded at each other as he left the room. The door latch clicked and the doc picked up my chart at the end of my bed.

"So, you got pretty beat up huh?" He asked. I just nodded in response. "Do you remember everything that happened?" He questioned. I just shrugged. "Well, you came into the ER in the arms of Mr. Man, out there and you were unconscious and covered in your own blood. There was a puncture wound on your neck and you had some serious bone damage." He said, flipping through his chart.

"You got lucky though, the area of the neck that was injured was just below the larynx, so you will be able to talk again. The tube in your throat was placed there so you could breath while they attempted to repair the wound. That's called a Tracheotomy. It's only temporary, so it will be removed either today or tomorrow now that the wound has healed." He said. He was saying things that I didn't understand, his words were too quick to grasp. I sat there, just as confused as when he walked in.

"Well, that's all I have for you. Your discharge date is dependent on when you have your Trach removed, but it will be sometime this week." He said, starting for the door. "Oh, and it's Monday." He said, flashing me a smile.

As soon as he left, Aizawa returned, Midnight, Nezu, and Present Mic following him in. My eyes widened at seeing Mic. He was my best friend, and sometime within the last year, he claimed he had something to do somewhere else. He promised me he would be back though. I threw my one hand in the air and smiled.

"Mic!" I tried to shout but, again, nothing came out. I gave an angry look at my lap and shook it off.

He smiled at me and came to my bedside, grabbing my good shoulder rather tight. That was the best that I could get until I wasn't injured. I smiled and waved at the rest of them, trying to make light of the situation. They all started chatting and asking me questions, until they realized I couldn't talk. Mic pulled his phone out and opened a translator app, letting me type up what I needed so it could be read aloud.

Then the nurse came in, letting us know that I was going into surgery.
