kristen's friend {david}

i've known kristen for a few years now and she's probably my favorite person in the world

she's so damn positive all the time, which is something we have in common, and when she's with scotty, her whole body just lights up

it's incredible

today, she finally convinced me to come over to her friend's house

david dobrik's house, to be exact

i've watched his videos plenty of times to get a gist of what he's like, but i know it's probably not an accurate description

"are you sure he doesn't mind?" i ask for the hundredth time as i get out of scott's car

"yes, y/n" kristen says, smiling widely

"although, he doesn't know you're coming" scott adds

i nod, groaning "i know, i know. stick to the plan"

they both nod with big smiles on their faces, walking up to the door and just walking in without a knock or anything

i take a deep breath, standing up straight as i make sure my mom's old police uniform looks good before walking up to the door, knocking

heath comes to the door with wide eyes

"are you the owner of this house?" i ask

he shakes his head before yelling "david"

david walks to the door "what heath?"

when he looks up, his eyes widen

"can i help you, officer?" he asks, becoming serious

"i assume that you are david dobrik, owner of this house?" i ask

he nods "yes"

"we've had our eyes on you for a while, mr. dobrik. when we saw you possessing and using drugs in your videos, we were told to search your house"

"o-okay" he says, stepping aside, letting me walk in

i open and close cupboards, pretending to search his house as i make my way around the entire place

"david doesn't posses any drugs, so you're wasting your time" kristen sasses

i turn on my heel, looking at her

"how about you let me do my job" i say before continuing to fake search his house

"bitch" she mumbles under her breath

everyone gasps as i turn towards her again

"that's it, up against the wall, now"

she rolls her eyes before walking over to the wall

i put her hands behind her back "you are under arrest"

"whatever" she says

i take the fake, plastic handcuffs out of my belt, clasping them around her wrists

as soon as i claps them both, the one opens, making me laugh as kristen bursts out laughing too

"pieces of shit" i mumble, letting them drop to the ground, before turning to see all the shocked faces

i take my hair out of the tight bun, letting my hair fall to my shoulders

i smile, waving "hi, i'm y/n, kristen's friend. and scott just pranked all of you"

they all look at scott who's holding his camera with a smirk

"i win, bitches" he says, making me laugh

"what the fuck" david yells, pulling his hair "you totally got me, dude. my heart is pounding out of my chest"

everyone agrees as the three of us just laugh

scott hands me my supreme bag that kristen brought in for me as i go to the bathroom, away from everyone, to change into jeans and a t shirt, putting my mom's uniform in the bag

when i walk out, scott is asking everyone what they thought

"damn, she's hot" toddy says, biting his lip, making me cringe

"ew fuckboy" i say, playfully, making everyone laugh loudly, including him

"i like her, kristen. where'd you find her?" david asks, a big smile on his face

i blush, sitting next to kristen, as she wraps her arm around me

"i've known y/n for a while, but she finally just agreed to this today"

i nod, in agreement 

"well it's nice to meet you, y/n. it's quite an impression that you left on all of us" he says, making me laugh as i shrug

"go big or go home"

his smile grows "would you like to join the vlog squad?" he asks "i could use an outgoing person like you in the vlogs"

"don't do it" zane says

"yeah, don't" todd adds

i stand up, walking over to david who's sitting on the couch, hunched forwards, resting his elbows on his knees

i turn to look at scott "are you filming?"

he nods with a big smile "haven't stopped yet"

i nod, turning back to david who's curiously watching me

i kneel down in front of him, becoming slightly below his eye level

"okay, dobrik, you've got me"

"yay" he screams as he smiles widely, pulling me into a hug, making me laugh along with him

"welcome to hell" scott screams, throwing the door mat that he gave as a present, at david and i

everyone bursts out laugh, knowing that it can sometimes be hell being in david's vlogs, but it always pays off because in the end, they're a big family and i can now happily say that i'm part of it as well
