Morgan headed home once it was dark and when she arrived, she was greeted by a nervous Kayama. "How did it go?" She asked nervously. Morgan gave her a small nod, resulting in Kayama sighing in relief and hugging her, "I knew you could do it."

Morgan hugged back and headed to the dining table. Duke and Alex were sitting there sulking. "They've been like this since they came back from their exams," Kayama whispered. Morgan sat down in front of them and waited for them to speak up.

"We screwed up so badly Morgan! We barely got any points!" Duke whined. "Speak for yourself! I actually got points because my quirk is made for fighting! If you didn't get in the way, I could have gotten so much more!" Alex snapped. Morgan wasn't surprised by her siblings' behavior and attitude towards one another.

Morgan glanced down at her phone to see a text from Momo and began a conversation with Momo while her siblings were still ranting.

"Are you even listening?" Duke said, getting Morgan's attention. Morgan stared at them blankly in response. "Who the hell are you even texting?" Alex said and they got up from their seat to glance at her phone. Morgan glared at him and turned the phone away from them. Duke quickly went over and snatched the phone while Alex distracted her.

Morgan glared at the both of them before kneeing Duke in the crotch. Duke groaned and fell onto the ground, holding his crotch. Morgan picked up her phone which was dropped by Duke and put it in her pocket. "Don't touch my shit," Morgan said and left the room with Duke cradling on the floor while Alex was laughing their ass off.

-

It's been days since she's seen Midoriya. Her siblings told her that he was there during the exam but they didn't know how many points he got. Duke and Alex would wait all day in the living room, hoping that their letter from U.A. would come.

As for Morgan, since she didn't have to wait for a letter, she spent most of her time eating, sleeping, working out, watching TV, and sometimes she would just stare at the flicker of flames that she made in the palm of her hand.

Morgan was still trying to learn how to master the temperature of her flames but nothing worked. She burned everything, even metal. She melted several silverware already.

Finally, the letters arrived for her siblings. The two of them scrambled to grab their letters and went into their rooms to open them.

They've been locked in their rooms for an hour now and Morgan can't help but feel worried about them. Maybe they didn't get accepted into U.A.? Morgan couldn't help but feel empathy for her siblings. They've always wanted to get into U.A. and what if they didn't make it. As for her, she never even wanted to go to U.A. and here she was with her recommendation privilege.

Finally, Alex's door opened and they quietly set down the letter. Kayama wasn't home currently. Morgan sat up and looked at him, frowning a bit. Alex smiled at her a bit and sat down next to her. Morgan didn't say anything but placed a hand on their shoulder. Alex teared up and grinned, "I-I made it."

Morgan couldn't help but feel proud for Alex and hugged her sibling tightly. They laughed and hugged back in joy, burying their face on her shoulder. "Can you believe it, Morgan?! I made it!" They cried from happiness as they wiped their tears. "Where's the other doofus? He's supposed to be bragging by now." Alex said as they looked around. Morgan turned her head towards Duke's room. Alex does the same and frowned when they saw the locked door.

Morgan and Alex got up from the couch and approached the door. Morgan knocked softly, waiting for a reply. Nothing. She did it again, harder this time but still no response. Alex sighed and bent down to pick the lock with one of their hairpins.

It took a few minutes before it unlocked. Morgan slowly opened the door to see Duke passed out on his bed, his letter ripped open. The two quietly went over to Duke's desk and looked at the letter. Not wanting to wake up Duke, they decided to grab the letter inside the envelope to read. THe both of them read the letter and the both of them felt their stomach drop.

Duke didn't pass. He didn't receive enough points.

Morgan gritted her teeth in anger and stormed out the room. Alex put down the letter and quickly went after her, closing the door. "Morgan please calm down." Alex said, knowing how Morgan can be when she's angry.

"No! Duke should have gotten in! Why do I get a letter of recommendation but he doesn't! He's supposed to be better than me! Why am I the one getting recognized when he's the real hero!" Morgan shouted. Alex frowned and shook their head, "Is that what you really think? That's he's the hero? What do you think of yourself then?"

Morgan stopped pacing around the room and sighed, "I'm a nobody. I didn't even want to be a hero in the first place. A girl going to a hero school, not even wanting to be a hero. What's the point? The letter should have been his or yours. You guys deserve it more than I do." "That's not true Morgan. The reason why they gave you this was because they know you can be a true hero. Yea, Duke and I were pretty mean about it to you in the beginning but... we're really proud of you. We're really lucky to have you as a sister. Instead of getting mad at yourself, you should calm down and maybe we can talk about it with mom." Alex reasoned.

Alex was always the voice of reason when it came to Morgan and Duke getting angry. Especially when the two get into fights, Alex was their peacemaker. They were the voice of reason for the two.

"Mom can't do anything about this. She has no power over who gets in remember." Morgan said as her anger began to come back. She gritted her teeth, "Fuck!" She shouted angrily as a ball of fire formed in her palm. She threw it at one of the vases, knocking it over. The broken pieces of vase began to turn into ash under Morgan's flames.

Before the floor got burnt, Alex quickly put out the fire with water. "Sorry," Morgan muttered. Alex nodded in understanding before cleaning up the mess.

Morgan sat in down on the couch with her head resting in her hands.

She was going to do something about this. She's going to get Duke into that school even if it means that Morgan might get expelled from that school in return.
