HERMIONE'S POV

When the light cleared off I opened my eyes and saw we were still in the Grimmauld place but it looked terribly different. It looked like someone's been taking good care of it. The door suddenly opened and an old elf entered through it. All of my friends stared at the elf until Harry spoke

" Kreacher? "

" Master Harry? " Kreacher said in surprise

" Miss Ginny? Miss Hermione? Mister Weasley? How....what... When?!!" Kreacher said while panicking

"Kreacher, calm down. What year is it? "

" It's 2019 miss. How did you... "

"2019?!!!" all of us said in unison

"We traveled to 24 years in the future!! We need to go back!! "

" Actually we can't," Ron said with guilt and fear.

" Why?? " Ginny asked

"Ron where's the time turner? "I asked him hiding my fear

"When we came here before the light cleared off, my hands slipped from the time turner and I accidentally stepped on it and broke it," he said while showing us the broken time turner.

There was silence as all of us stared at Ron and then I lost it

" You broke the time turner!!!!!. How could you Ronald Weasley!!!! " I screamed at him

" I.. I didn't mean it, mione. We could still fix it. Look reparo (but nothing happened), reparo, REPARO!! "
still, nothing happened

" Oh, gods what do we do now ?? " Harry asked

" Hogwarts," I said while facing them
" It's the only way. We go to Hogwarts, ask Dumbledore for help and go back to our own time " I said while looking at everyone

" Is Dumbledore still alive ?" Ron asked

" Of course he is, that guy would literally outlive us," Harry said while grinning

" That's true. No one could ever kill that guy " Ginny said while chuckling

" Alright then "

I turned and faced Kreacher, sat on one knee and asked him nicely
"Kreacher will you please take us to Dumbledore's office at Hogwarts? "

" Of course miss. " Kreacher said and bowed

" Is no one going to talk about Kreacher talking nicely to us especially Hermione? "Ron said

"Master Ron, it's just that you have missed a lot," he said and took my hand and apparated me to headmaster's office.

Harry, Ron, and ginny followed me and all the four of us were standing at Dumbledore's office but it looked different. Fawkes was missing, there were two new portraits at the office but no one was in it, suddenly the door opened and Professor McGonagall entered the room

" Blimey, it's Granger! " she shouted in surprise

"Professor !" Harry said and caught her

" How did you..... What happened to you all?!! "

" We are from 1995, we accidentally traveled through time," I said with guilt

"Alright, let me calm down, "she said and went to the headmaster's chair and sat on it. She closed her eyes and poured tea from the teapot and took a sip to calm down.

" So the four of you have traveled through time from 1995. Well just a minute ago I was thinking life couldn't give me more surprises, but here I am " she said and continued
