that same morning, y/n went back to the hotel room. it had been around an hour since the girl had snuck off to spend time with yoongi.

nothing really occurred like she thought. he just treated her like a friend. y/n set her expectations highly, she was always hopeful with situations such as these ones.

nonetheless, she was happy that he wasn't ignoring her any longer. once she was finally able to fall back asleep, she was shaken awake.

the darkness of her dreamless slumber, was interrupted by the deep voice in which she adored more than ever these days. "wake up, y/n. we're going sight-seeing today," he smiled.

y/n groaned, sitting up. "okay," was all she said before grabbing clothes, then walking to the bathroom to get freshened up.

"don't take too long," she heard taehyung call out from behind her. "i wanna be out before noon and it's already ten!"

y/n yelled back a quick 'ok' before she quickly got herself situated. once she came out, she waited for taehyung to shower then change before they grabbed his camera, both of their phones, then headed down to the lobby to meet up with the rest of the group.

"y/n take a picture of me!" hearing taehyung's excitement as well as his bright, boxy, smile made y/n quickly walk over to him, with her phone's camera open.

she snapped a picture of him in front of the eiffel tower at a distance, holding up a peace sign. she didn't want to admit it, but he looked cute in that moment.

"where to, next?" y/n asked, shoving her phone in her back pocket as taehyung walked over to her.

"the museum!" he exclaimed, his signature smile returning once again. "my favorite artist's work is there," he stated matter-of-factly.

"looks like someone did his research," she teased, making his melanin-filled cheeks turn red, due to the fact that she was right.

"..just a little," he mumbled, grabbing her hand, leading her toward the museum. once they arrived, they bought some merchandise before continuing to see the art.

"THERE HE IS!!" taehyung pulled her over to the section of the man's artwork. to you, it was nice, but it didn't really speak to y/n the way it did to taehyung. "TAKE A PICTURE!!"

y/n pulled our her phone once again, snapping pictures of the happy boy. it was a wholesome feeling, the kind that you could keep with you forever.

she didn't want anything to change, but she knew that things would have to, eventually. but she didn't want to think about it, as long as she could keep the smile on taehyung's face, she knew she'd be okay, no matter what.
