Especially when your power button isn't working (or in extreme cases where you break it and lost the button somewhere), and your phone is on the verge of getting switched off (and in extreme cases where your phone battery is shit and goes from 100% to 35% in just half an hour), the charger always saves you from the misery of not being able to use your phone ever again.
