Todoroki likes Bakugo, well that's obvious.
Midoriya has shown interest in Todoroki, he's supported by his friends Uraraka and Iida.
Uraraka likes Midoriya, but ofc nobody knows other than Iida and Tsuyu-chan
Kaminari likes Kirishima, Jiro and Sero has been teasing and supporting him about it.
Unfortunately, Kirishima has a crush on Bakugo, No one other than Kaminari, Sero and Mina knows about this.
But unlike the others, Todoroki doesn't just like Bakugo.

He loves him more than everuthing.

and only one friends of him knows and supports him.
