I headed to my dance class, room 21. Dance class is divided into 2 groups, group a and group b. I'm in group a, there's really no meaning behind group a and group b, it's just divided because it's easier for the teachers since there's a lot of us, Mrs. Ching is the dance teacher for group b and Mrs. Lee for group a, I was in group b last year, but I got transferred to group a this year, because a lot of students are asking to be with their friends so they moved me. I don't really care what group I'm in, I just want to dance. I opened the door to the dance class and I'm 5 minutes early, I thought that I would be the first one to get here but I saw a lot of girls crowded into a circle surrounding someone, I already knew what it was. I closed the door and walked over to the corner where there was no fangirls I dropped my bag and looked back at the crowd, seeing my brother's band member, Kai, he's the main dancer of EXO. He's a really good dancer but I kind of think he's a jerk? He think he's the best dancer here in sm university, but in my perspective Lay's a better dancer. He's in group B we never talked, or danced together since we had to dance with our dance partners for the whole year. Speaking of partners, I need one! I don't really know anyone here I just know a couple of faces, but I don't really know their names. I sighed when I heard the door open

"Girls that's enough, sit down." Mrs. Lee said motioning the fangirls to sit down

"New year, fresh start also means new partners." Mrs. Lee continued

I saw in the corner of my eye everyone glancing at Kai, and mouthing him "Oppa~ pick me" Ugh. Pathetic.

"So we're gonna start this year with picking our new partners, everyone get up and pick a partner, I'm just gonna go to the hallway and refill my water bottle. When I come back, I should see everyone with a partner, arraso?" She said picking up her water bottle

When everyone heard the door shut, I watched every girl flock over to Kai except for me of course. I rolled my eye, and looked around one more time to see if I could possibly find someone who can put up with me. Last year it wasn't that hard to find a partner because everyone wanted to dance with me and because I was the best dancer in the group aside from Lay who only comes to class once a week because he has a private dancer teacher. I also have a private dance teacher but not like him I always come to class, I try to dance a lot if possible. The next thing that happen shocked me

"Mianhe, but that girl over there is already my partner." Pointing at me while bowing his head in apology as he smiled sweetly at his fangirls. My eyes widened in surprise as I glance back at the sad mob of fangirls. He went over to my side and held out his hands "Annyeong, you probably know me already, but if you don't, my name's Kai and I'm a member of a popular band called Exo." He said proudly while smirking. Ugh. Who does he think he is? And that smirk?! Ew.

I shrugged off my thoughts accepting his hand and shaked it "Minah." That's all I managed to say, I didn't really wanna do a nice introduction because his introduction was pretty rude. "Ah Minah~ I've heard of you before actually I just can't remember." He said while I raised one of my eyebrows at him.

"But anyways, if you're wondering why I picked you to be my partner, it's because you were the only one who wasn't fangirling over me, I just want to dance freely with someone not being a baggage and staring at me 24/7. I know that maybe one day you might start falling for me, but please know that we're here to dance. So please do concentrate." He said in a serious tone

I gave him a what-the-fuck look and spoke

"What are you talking about? Me fall for you? Uh?? I don't think so? Don't think too high of yourself dear." I said sounding pissed. He chuckled

"I'm just stating what might happen, like who would not fall for this beautiful face of mine?" He said sounding proud again then he pulled a smirk on his face. UGH THAT SMIRK. I was about to speak when Mrs. Lee opened the door and came back in, we rushed back to sit down on the floor as she continued with the class.

After one and a half hour, class was over,

We didn't really dance or move, Mrs. Lee just talked about the things we were going to do this year and other stuff. I went to the corner and was about to pick up my bag when someone yanked me in the arm, I turned around to see Mr. Kim Kai the conceited prince I raised an eyebrow and spoke "what do you want?" I asked. "Let's have a good year shall we?" He spoke smirking. I sighed heavily and glanced behind to see his fangirls glaring deathly at me I also heard two girls whispering

"Ugh. Great the queenka and the best girl dancer here in SM university and our oppa partnered" The tallest girl among the four girls said

"She took all the guys here and now our oppa?" A girl wearing a dress said

I sighed heavily trying not to mind those annoying girls. I turned my head back to the conceited prince "If you've said everything you wanted to say, bye."

I said about to walk away when he yanked me back closer than before "So you think you can dance huh?" He said whispering in my ear when a cold chill suddenly slithered down my back

[Kai's P.O.V]

A lot of girls wanted to be my partner, I looked around seeing who to choose when one stood out. There was a girl in the corner, she was pretty, THE ONLY GIRL WHO'S NOT FANGIRLING OVER ME. I'm kind of surprised haha. I bowed in apology and smiled at my fangirls and told them that she was going to be my partner. I walked to her and introduced myself, I admit my introduction to her was kind of rude. Minah~ her name's Minah~ She's really pretty, no. scratch that. SHE'S BEAUTIFUL. She kinda resembles to someone, I just can't get my head to work. The next things that I said was also rude, I didn't know what I was saying. She seemed really pissed, she was about to burst and speak when Mrs. Lee opened the door and told us all to sit.

After class was done, I saw Minah walking to the corner so I yanked her in the arm. "What do you want?" She asked "Let's have a good year shall we?" I said smirking. She must have noticed me smirking because she sighed heavily looking irritated. I was about to say sorry to her about what happen earlier when two girls caught our attention

"Ugh. Great the queenka and the best girl dancer here in SM university and our oppa partnered"

"She took all the guys here and now our oppa?"

So, she's the best girl dancer here in sm university huh? AND THE QUEENKA??? That's prolly why I've heard of her before, or maybe not. I don't know, I've heard of her somewhere else too, maybe one of the members spoke or mentioned her before.

She sighed and turned to me "if you've said everything you wanted to say, bye" she spoke still looking a bit pissed. She was about to walk away when I yanked her back closer than before not wanting to stop talking to her "So you think you can Dance huh?" I said whispering in her ear. She just stood frozen while I stood still for a moment and listened to my racing heart. What the heck? Why is my heart racing fast? Should I go to the doctor and get it checked? I never felt my heart like this, why is it racing fast?!
