Alissa's PoV
"So you've narrowed it down to these three locations?" I asked Dot, pointing at the screen."Yes. Here, here and here." She replied pointing at the three dots that marked the locations.
"Wait a minute, that's the park we used to go to when we were little. We used to go there with our mum when we were kids. She'd pack a picnic and she'd watch us stretch for hours." Clary smiled slightly.
"It was our place." I smiled sadly at her. "She hid it somewhere we'd remember, just in case. It's gotta be there." I raced back to my room to get ready for the mission. But I sat on my bed, pulling on my Black boots when I heard someone knock at the door. I opened it to reveal Sebastian, standing awkwardly while leaning on the door frame.
"Hi, Sebastian. Um... I'm Sorry. I'm just heading out on a mission." I said as I pulled my leather jacket on.
"Oh, Yeah, sure." He stuttered. "I actually... I just wanted to... make sure you're okay.
"I'm fine" I shrugged as he sighed.
"Look, I saw how upset you were today. I'm really sorry about you're friend." He said as I took a deep breath in to stop myself from suddenly bursting into tears.
"I keep losing the people that I care about... One after the other. It... It has to stop." I said my voice breaking.
"And you're worried that, um, now Jonathan's back, that it... that it's not going to?" He asked as I shook my head.
"I honestly... I don't know." I said looking down at my feet. "I mean, Jace thinks that my brother is a lost cause. So..."
"What do you think?" He asked as I raised my eyebrows at him. Why is he suddenly so interested in Jonathan?
"I mean, I understand he has demon blood. I know what he's capable of, but..." I mumbled as tears started to fall down my face. "He's my brother... God, it's stupid, right?"
"Hey, no, no. God, it's not stupid at all." Sebastian disagreed and smiled at me sadly.
"I mean, if there's any humanity left in him, shouldn't we at least try to save him?" I sighed.
"I think so." He whispered as more tears fell down my face. I gasped in shock as he grabbed my face and pressed his lips against mine.
"Sebastian..." I sighed as I pushed him away. His eyes were wide as he noticed what he's just done. "I... I have a boyfriend. Sebastian." If Alec were to find out about this he would freak out.
"I'm sorry. That was stupid." He sighed, closing his eyes and ran a hand though his hair.
"It's just... I'm not, I..."
"No, look, I get it. I just want you to know that I will... I'll always be there for you, Alissa. Whatever you need." He muttered as I went to say something but I didn't know what to say so I just walked passed him. Great, how am I gonna tell Alec about that kiss without him shredding Sebastian to pieces?"I can explain..." I heard Alec say as I went past his study. I stopped and looked though the doorway to see an angry looking Magnus staring hatefully at Alec.
"What's going on?" I said as they both turned to look at me. "Magnus? What's wrong?"
"Did you know about this?!" He shouted as I flinched back slightly. What is wrong with him.
