We interviewed 5 people and none of these folks were up to Jay's standards. Which if you know her, you'd know she has freaking ass high standard. I don't blame her though this is her baby, she can't afford to let shit slip up with it. You ready for the next person I said. I don't know Ace, am I asking too much to get someone with some freaking sense to manage these stores? No, you aren't, it's just the process. I really wish that Ilori would get her shit together, the only reason I expanded this business is for her, because she begged me to. Ace this is your dream though you worked hard to start this company. But what is it worth if the person you want to pass it on to doesn't want it? Lo wants it she's just confused right now. I highly doubt she's confused I think its that guy that's clouding her judgement. I just don't know she said shaking her head.

I feel for Ace because everything she does is for those kids and for the family. She doesn't deserve this kind of treatment at all. How long we got till the next interview? Hour and a half she said looking at the clock on the wall. I got time to make a call? Yeah, I need to call Ti anyway she said looking at her phone. I grabbed my phone and stepped out to make the call. I listened to the phone ring and ring before she answered. Hey Nia! Hey, are you back in the states? Unfortunately, I am I just landed. You by yourself? Yeah Sebastian had to stay for a shoot. Come to the store we need to talk. Nia I really don't feel like dealing with the drama today. Just come up here we need to talk, I'll see you in an hour. Yeah okay whatever she said before hanging up.

I shook my head and went back into the office to see Jay laughing her ass off. You okay? Yeah Ti just told me the funniest thing ever. What she tell you? Your little boy is growing up! What you mean my little boy is growing up? He asked how girls have sex? What in the hell? Why is he asking that? Wait get this, so Charli asked Ti how we did it and she told him that we used toys and he nearly passed out. Oh my god I said shaking my head. Jay how are you laughing about this? I raised 3 boys and I still have one left Nia, it was bound to happen But, girl on girl sex. Okay it happens Nia I mean come on you think it was easy for me and the girls to explain it to our kids. Hell Vi walked in on me and Li doing some very adult things when she was what 9 or 10. And she's still traumatized by it till this day too. Nia it happens I mean he knows how you and Charli get down, so it was bound to happen. I shook my head thinking about my little baby being confused right now and me not being there to explain stuff.

Oh, and I wasn't supposed to tell you so, when we go home pretend like you don't know anything. That's gonna be hard considering my little boy is inquiring about it. Nia don't over think it, he's 10 he ain't trying to fuck. Jayme! What! He's turning 11 in a few weeks. Okay that doesn't me he's going to act on it, he's just being a boy. Look I know how it feels I still got Zayden at home and trust me when I say soon as he gets to the right age, we explained shit to him, so he won't hear about it from someone else. Still though. Don't worry Charli is going to handle it. Fine he can handle it I said crossing my arms. He don't stand a chance she said laughing.

The next interview came and went, this girl was actually good, but she was young a little to young to manage all these stores by herself. I liked her though Ace, Jay said taping her pen on the tablet. I did too but she's 23 just graduated college and this would be her first job, you think you have problems with Lo, you're gonna have a bigger one if you hire her. Maybe it...she stopped in the middle of her sentence when Lo walked into the conference room. Ilori! Mom! I am gonna give yall some time to talk I said getting up. You don't have to leave Ace whatever we say we can speak about it in front of you. And there in lies our issue Lo said rolling her eyes. No, I'll go yall talk I said leaving the room. I gave them their time because I know what it's like having issues my mother and I don't want their relationship to be affected like mine was.
