I couldn't sleep all night thinking about what the kids were gonna say about us having another baby. I mean we've always talked about having more kids, cause we want a big family. Well let me rephrase that we want a big for us family, which apparently means a shit ton of kids cause with this addition it'll be a total of 9 kids. I guess 9 is a good number I mean 3 biological and 6 that god blessed us to watch over. I don't take that lightly that we decided to pursue adopting the kids, because I know their grandmother would want them to be in a good safe environment with family that loves them. In this family there is a ton of love to be given. As far as their aunt in Oklahoma she's still trying to pursue getting custody of them but she's not going to because Terrance has their custody rights and his plan is turn them over to us soon as the paperwork is finalized. Speaking of the paperwork I don't know why its taking so long for them to get us a court date but it is.

Today is the day though we can't wait any longer especially now that we got Jay planning the baby shower. We really having a family meeting on a Saturday morning. Yes, we are cause, we have something important to talk about. And is that breakfast cause a nigga is hungry. Boy I know you don lost your last mind. Ma! Demetri! Sorry he said pouting. Really grow up Sarai said rolling her eyes at him. And when did you become so bougie? I am not bougie because I have common sense. Okay you two cut it out now we actually do have to talk about something. What's that mommy Desi said laying in my lap. We wanted to see how yall would feel about us adding to the family. We're getting a dog! A what boy hell naw we ain't getting a dog. Well she said we're adding to the family. We're gonna get a Pony then, Kyra said sitting up too. No we're not getting any animals, trust me on that. But we are getting a new addition to the family in a few months. Ma you pregnant Demetri said looking at me? Yeah I am. No offense but aren't you a little old to be having babies Sarai said crossing her arms. Ooop Charli said looking away.

I see me and Ms. Sarai are going to bump heads with this little attitude she got, ever since she got her period, she think she a grown ass woman and she ain't I am still the HBIC in this household and she still has to respect me. For your information I am only 31 and I am still well within my childbearing age range and secondly yes we're having a baby, I am 5 months going on 6 months. Do you know what you're having yet Terrance said? Nope we don't know yet. Actually, we were thinking of doing something different to find out the sex of the baby. Something like what? Don't know we wanted yalls input on it, I said looking at the kids. It was quiet until NJ let out a loud sigh and got up and left the room. Charli looked at me and then stood to go after him. Wait I got it I said getting up to go after him. You sure? Yeah you just talk to them I'll handle this.

Noah! Noah I said going up to his room. He had his ear phones in and started playing his video games. Noah! Noah Javon Anderson, I said taking the off the headphones. He his eyes and turned his body towards the wall. Noah boy I am not playing with you, what's wrong with you? He still didn't say anything. You got 5 seconds to answer me before I make you speak. Don't you think it's a little inconvenient to be having a baby right now? What, why would it be inconvenient? Aren't you dad getting a divorce. Come again, what are you talking about? I heard yall fighting and he was sleeping in the guest room. Damn we tried hard to keep our fighting to a minimum and I was for sure that they didn't hear it, but I guess they did. Noah I...why are you having another baby when yall aren't even going to stay together? We are staying together Noah. Mom don't lie to me I am not stupid. Oop so you can just talk to me any kind of way now that you 11? He didn't say anything he just sat there. Noah Javon, I said turning his face to mine, listen to me and hear me clearly, I am still your mother and you will respect me. You hear me? Yes ma'am!

Now I know what you heard and maybe what you saw as well, but we are not getting a divorce you hear me. He left! I know he did but he came back and he's been here ever since. He looked down and shook his head, it's not fair, none of my other friends are going through this. I know baby, and I am sorry for putting you in that position. Am I gonna have to take care of this baby too he said looking at my stomach? That's not your responsibility Noah, its me and your fathers. No matter how many kids I have you will always be my first born and I'll take care of you. Your responsibility is to be a kid and that's it. He looked up at me with those brown eyes looking like his daddy, mom we out of room here he said laughing a little. I know and eventually we're going to take care of that, but for right now we are probably gonna make some adjustments to accommodate us here in this house. I am sorry mom for how I spoke to you. It's okay as long as you know that you ain't to big for me to snatch you up and whoop your behind. I know mom! Come on now I said hugging him. Now let's go back downstairs before they plan something tacky, I said leading him back down to the living room.
