the sun hid behind the clouds,
the sky turned gray,
rain started pouring,
and the storm hit.

he found nothing.
when he needed the sun the most,
on the darkest day,
she left.
so he looked back down,
at eye level,
back to reality.
he saw her,
shining in the darkness.
she was lost,
looking for someone.
and suddenly, her beauty, her colors, they hit him like a ray of sun.
he looked for the sun but ended up falling for a rainbow.
