Chapter Six - Ugh

Erin's POV

I quietly waited for my punishment to be made, feeling quite awkward.

"First off; give me your phone." Stated Josh. Slowly, I handed it to him, but not before I powered it down. "You can have this back in 3 weeks." Josh said, slipping it into his pocket.

"What! That's like, forever!" I complained.
"Do you want it to be 4?" He replied sharply.
"..No.."
"Good."

Sighing, I asked what else. Turns out I'm forbidden to leave the house without them knowing, and need to 'respect them more'. After that discussion, Tanner and Jack drove me to school, not before ruining my day.

"Well.. we got to head to class.. goodbye cutie pie!" The boys started ranting out nicknames,
"Lovebug!"
"Angel!"
"Honey boo-boo!"
"Sweet pea!"
"Darl-"
"OKAY, SHUT UP!"

A cloud of snickering followed me as I opened my locker. A loud "ERIN!" Burst through my ears as I turned around to see my best friend Saidy squeezing my shoulders. "Why weren't you at school?" She asked, staring dead into my soul.
"Well uh.. I ditched," A loud gasp sounded over my words, "But my brothers caught me. So now I'm grounded."

"Yikes.. well, at least your safe. You could have been hurt!" She said, making a super exaggerated frown, making me laugh. An obnoxious loud ring came from the speakers. Ugh.

"Well.. I gotta go. See you at lunch, Squid!" Oh, I forgot to tell you! I call Saidy Squid.. not sure why, it just kinda happened.

"Bye!" She said before cutting through the stampede of students to get to her class. That's when I felt a tall figure run into me, and push me to the ground.
