Thinking...

In the hallway after Homeroom, (f/n) ran up to me, "(y/n), why are you walking so fast! I've never seen you so flustered!"

Brushing her off, I kept walking. "(y/n), I swear.... (y/n), you're acting so weird!"

Turning into the classroom, I said a quick "Bye (f/n)" and went to sit in my seat in the back of the room. Now trust me, I'm a great student, but I don't like playing by the stereotypes. Therefore, I sit where I want to unless told otherwise. I pulled out my homework, put on my desk and dropped my head in my hands.

Why did I have such an interest in this kid? Already? He only just came here! I need to get him out of my head!

Looking up again, I stared at the board. It had the name of the unit at the top and the name of our homework underneath it. I checked to make sure that I had the right thing out. I did. Then I looked at the clock over the door. Why hadn't the bell rung yet?

RRRING! Finally, I'm so ready to get over with this day. Math had started. I worked hard, asking a bunch of questions to the Orangutan teaching at the front. She was smart yet she played around a bit with the students. To be honest, she kind of scratched her head a lot too... Either way, her class always went by pretty fast.

Then came Sociology, the super-easy class that I could just chill in. We were working on our projects again, big surprise... I had already finished mine early so I decided to use the laptop to work on a fun slideshow for a Chinese musical group that I liked. I had recently really gotten into the group, called C:5, who had just debuted last year. I always made slideshows for the bands I liked. Each member got a slide and then a few for group photos, information to remember, and links to their songs.

Five minutes into the period, the door pushed open and Mrs. (p/n) walked in, Tao trailing behind her. While she was talking to the teacher, his little Panda noticed me and jumped around. It knocked against the side of his head a bunch of times repeatedly as if to signal him. Tao turned his head to see me and smiled widely. Mrs. (p/n) turned to him and said something, he looked at her and nodded. Then, he walked over toward the seat next to me.

"So I'm told that you do well in this class..." he said to me, scratching the back of his neck.

"Yeah, I think so, why?" I asked, cocking my head at him as he sat down.

"I was told to come to you so I could see the projects you were working on." I nodded and looked at the teacher who was smiling over at us.

"Okay, well I already finished mine so you can look at it. First, let me get out of this..." I started, moving my cursor to the x in the corner.

"Hold on..." Tao said, interrupting.

I stopped before closing out of the tab, "What?"

He smirked, "Is that C:5?"

I shriveled up in my seat nervously, "Yeah..."

He almost jumped out of his seat, "Who is your favourite?"

I straightened up, "You know them?"

 He nodded.

"I like Jianyu, he's really sweet!"

The next class of the day was Language. It was decent and I got my work done on time, but it was my least favourite class and I couldn't wait to drop it the next year.

After that was Music, my favourite. Walking in, I spotted (f/n) talking to (o/f/n) in the corner. Jogging over, I joined their conversation. "Hey, have you seen Tao again?" (f/n) asked, raising her eyebrows.

"Yeah, he's in my Sociology class actually," I responded calmly.

"Ooooooooh, (y/n)!" she poked at me a few times. "Ya!"

I said smiling, "I don't like him that way!"

"Who don't you like?" a voice came from behind me.

"Ya!!" I whipped around, ready to fight, making fists with both my hands. I sighed seeing it was only Tao. "You scared me!" I laughed, dropping my hands.

"Well, I am naturally terrifying..." He smirked, raising an eyebrow at me.

I mocked being scared, "Oh no! It's Zitao! I'm so scared!" By the time I was finished with my cutesy act, (f/n) and (o/f/n) were laughing super hard behind me.

Tao was laughing too, "you're weird, " I blushed and watched him walk over to the teacher to introduce himself.

"(y/n)! Are you sure you don't like him...?"
