So this will be the last request till summer cause its apparently hard to do this when schools going on, Like studies and sports. So yea sorry for the longest wait you've probably ever had (to person who requested)

There was once two merman brothers and this story begins with a sad start, so lets begin.

*Past* (translated to English right now)

"Bubba, I'm hungery." the purple haired, blue eyed boy wined. The little boy named Kaito was following his older brother as they swam through the ocean. Looked almost the same but very much more masculine. The older brother turned around and gave him a small smile.

"I know Kaito, but I haven't seen any source of life... but were almost out the dead zone. I promise.

"ok.." the boy pouted. They had gone a good half a day without anything to eat, due to the dead zone. where as they swam deep in the waters, fish swam above them. but the dangers of sharks was higher or even worse. Humans, Pirates to be even more exact.

They wanted their tails for money that would make them rich, greedy bastards. Using them for clothes, pouches, boots, anything you could possibly want.

kaito doesn't know those dangers, his older brothers wanted him to stay safe. but he was getting more and more curious every day. wanting to know what the sky looked like with out water in the way.

He had to keep a closer eye on him. But what his older brother didn't know was every night while he was asleep, Kaito would swim up higher bit by bit getting closer to the sea level.

"Bubba?"

"yes?"

"why don't we get higher, isn't there a higher chance of finding fishes?"

"How do you know that?'

"..A.... Guess?" The Older brother quickly looked down at his brother.

"Kaito. Truth. Now." the little merman looked away from the slightly angry ones that stared at him.

"we've swam-"

"Now."

"Commen senc-"

"Have you been sneaking away at night?! Its the only time I can Imagine you being able to...." the sad guilty look gave the boy away.

"What have I told you Kaito!"

"Bubba I'm so-"

"Do You want to be dead?! Do you want to end up in a belly of a shark like mom and da-" The little boy stared shocked at his brother.

'that's what happened to them..'

"Mom and dad isn't on vacation? They aren't coming back?" looking at his brother with sad eyes and quivering lips.

"Kaito-"

"NO!" The sad little boy had swam off quicky to the top.

"KAITO!" As he got closer and closer, he saw the actual color of his hair and tail. This was the first time he had gone up during the day.

"fishes..." before he could lure one to him his brother yanked on his arm.

"Let me go!"

"Kaito, im sorry I was just doing what I-"

"what you thought was ok!? I never got to come up here cause I was to young, and my 14 birthday gift I was supposed to come up here with mom and dad. AND instead of telling me that they were DEAD, LONG GONE, FOREVER. You told me they they had to go on vacation...this had all happened with in 2 weeks?"
