Sleepy Nights and Suit Designs [Part 2] | Tony Stark

You ended up sleeping really well that night, well, morning after your dad brought you back to your own room instead of a chair in the lab.
When you walked back downstairs to the lab, Tony was already waiting for you.
"Hey, Dad. Good morning," you said, walking over to your desk.
"Afternoon, actually." he laughed, "So... about those sketches on your desk. You're building a suit?"
"Yeah..." You trailed off, not knowing what his reaction would be.
"...can I help you?"
You brightened, smiling as you said, "Of course!"

The rest of the afternoon, the two of you spent working side by side, using different combinations and codes to make the suit perfect for you, how you wanted it.
The final hologram before you could start assembling it looked extremely cool.
It was armor, a bit more compact than Tony's, painted your favorite colors. There were flight stabilizers and plasma shooters, mini-missiles and FRIDAY was built in to your suit.
It was going to be amazing.

"Ready to test it out?" your dad asked, standing next to you as the two of you looked at the finally completed suit.
"Duh!" you smiled and pressed a button. The whole suit folded open for you to step in, closing around you comfortably.
It turned on, and all the controls were laid out in front of your eyes.
"It's amazing!" you exclaimed, moving your hands and feet, awed by how flawlessly the suit moved with you.
"It looks pretty cool," Tony smiled, studying the suit.
"Hello gu- what is that?" Pepper's heeled feet clipped down the staircase into the lab, her jaw dropping when she saw the suit.
"If Y/n is inside that suit, Tony I swear.." Pepper started anxiously, not wanting you to get involved in dangerous superhero work.
"Uh huh... funny story-" Tony started, getting cut off by you.
"It was my idea. I'm pretty sure he only helped because he was secretly adding safety features behind my back,"
"Which you'll probably end up being vey grateful for later on," Pepper sighed, "I'm not going to tell you what to do as long as you're careful."
"I'm always careful!" You smiled innocently as the mask flipped up to show your face. Tony snorted and Pepper rolled her eyes.
"Sure you are kiddo, sure you are."
