"did you listen to Laura palmer?" matt asked. "no."
"why not?"
"i didn't have time."
"we didn't have homework. what could you possibly be doing?" matt questioned, taking his phone out of his pocket. a solid minute passed before he plugged his earbuds in her ears and told her to listen.
laura decided, after listening to the song twenty-six million times (maybe actually ten times), that she liked the song. it didn't mention a 'laura palmer' once, so she guessed that the song was just about laura palmer.
"nice music taste, matt."
"thanks."
