Third Person POV

To say that Yena was mesmerized was an understatement. She had always been head over heels for the girl ever since last year when they had an accidental encounter.

Flashback

Yena was running late for school. Apparently, she was busy cuddling with her duck plushies that she forgot there was school. She panted as she ran out of her home with a toast bit between her lips, totally panicking. However, due to the cold winter she couldn't ran as fast as she always had since she could slip on the ice. And she actually did slip. After much difficulty, Yena finally reached the school gate.......but to her horror, the gate closed when she was only 3 steps away from entering the school compound.

"WAIT N-" She desperately shouted but she was too late.

Yena held the metal bars of the gate with both her hands and pouted. She knew she couldn't go in now as she would be punished. Slowly walking away from the gate, an idea came to her mind and she rushed to an isolated area where there was a tree close to the brick wall of the school. As quietly as possible, Yena climbed onto the tree and leaped over the wall while grinning mischeiviously. However, luck didn't seem to be on her side as her leg got caught up on the tree's branch when she jumped and so the poor duck fell into the school compound rather than landing cooly like in the movies. Yena shut her eyes tight and braced herself for the fall.....5....4...3..2..1...THUD!

Instead of coming face-to-face with the hard ground, Yena came into contact with something.....soft. She slowly got up and rubbed her head while groaning softly. When she opened her eyes, she was confused to see another body lying infront of her.

"Eh? Who is she?"

Curiousity got the best of her and she crawled to the lying girl, taking a closer look. The moment Yena saw the lying girl's face, her heart started to beat faster. "W-what is this feeling?" Yena mumbled as she clenched her chest. Just then realization hit Yena. "Wait.....if I didn't feel any pain after I fell....That means........OH SHIT"

Yena started panicking. "Oh my god What should I do?? IS SHE DEAD?? Wait no no-a person can't die after being slammed by someone falling from above....OR CAN THEY?!" Without knowing what to do, Yena started fidgeting.

"Hold on......if it was soft when I fell on her....does that mean I fell on her.......her....b-" The thought made Yena blush furiously as her face turned into that of a tomato's. She shook her head."NO You stupid duck!! This is not the time to be thinking about those"

Just then a groan was heard, causing Yena to jolt.

"Aishhh...."

"Oh god Are you okay??" Yena ran to the girl and asked her.

"At least I'm still alive..." the girl whimpered as she rubbed her eyes.

"I'm so sorry!!This is all because of me. I was dumb. Please forgive me. If anything happens to you I'll take responsibility. Because of what I did, if no one marries you I'll gladly do and even if you're okay I would still marr- wait what am i saying?! A-anyways I'm sorryyyyy!!!" Yena kneeled down and continued her blabbers. Her rambles were stopped when she heard the most adorable chuckle she had ever heard.

"Pffft...You idiot what are you saying" the girl giggled.

At that moment, Yena's heart stopped. She looked up at the girl who was now laughing at Yena's antics. Her smile enchanted Yena that she couldn't look away. In that one moment, Yena couldn't see anything else except the girl infront of her. Just like a fool, Yena kept on staring at the laughing girl with all her utmost attention. She was brought out of her daze when the girl spoke.
