Chapter Thirteen

It's the next morning and I'm at the shop early as there's a lot to do I ordered the
stuff for mine and Jordon s bedroom and Kay's room which is a start I need to think
whether to put more washers I'm in or not plus I need to make a start on my essay
now that I'm back as tomorrow I'm spending the day in as a vet I'm so nervous as
there's one thing reading and writing about being a vet but it's another actually being a vet.

What made me want to be a vet is believe it or not was seeing Carl White hurt a cat no
Idea where it came from but the the thing is he did it with in 24 hours because that's
the kind of man he is he knows I couldn't do anything to help the cat and that s what
made me want to help animals I just hope I can do a good job and make people proud
but more importantly I hope I don't disappoint my self.

It's the after noon I have been off and on with my essay as I'm in the shop with
customers koko was ment to come in but hasn't no messaged anyone what so
ever I need to give her a message at some point.

After 10 minutes I give koko a message hopefully she's okay.

Me: Hiya hun hope your okay please message me back to
let me know how you are are x

It's nearly the end of the shift so I check my phone but unfortunately no miss calls or
messages from koko which isn't like her maybe she's spoken to Kay I will have to ask
her when I get home I do hope she's okay.

I go up to the customers to let them know that its time to leave but they can wait for
there washing but I'll be locking the door so no more people comes in.

While I wait for the customers to finish I close my laptop and put it away.

"Would anyone like a drink" I ask the customers

They all say yes there only 3 customers which makes it easier for me 2 wants coffee and 1 wants tea.

I go to the back and make the drinks and get some snacks then put them on the tray
and walk back to the customers and place the tray of drinks and snacks on a table
and the customers comes over.

" So what's everyone's names then" I ask as I think it's only fair as they know mine.

"Mine is Ricky"  one of the customers days

"Mines Sally "another says

"I'm Leo " the last one says

You .ca  tell that Ricky is gay but Sally is a pretty teenager as for Leo I can't figure
him out he has a few tattoos and quiet he's not a bad looking lad.

"How was your honeymoon " Sally asked

"I loved it thank you very much we went to Bora Bora"
I say hopefully they don't talk about Carl white.

"I heard that its beautiful there but I must say I do hope that the police
do catch Carl White" Sally says

"I do to I don't want any other children be abused" I say

"We all do you have a lot of support behind you" Sally says

"Really I know I have my family behind me but never known
about anyone else" I say

20 minutes later Rickys leaves with his laundry then 10 minutes Sally does
the same which leaves me and Leo.

"Wheres that girl ... Kylie " Leo asks

"I'm not to sure if I'm honest she was ment to be working today but I really
not sure why she's not here do you know her " I ask

" well she's lives not far from my grandma's but there's been a few
rumours I was hoping to speak to her about" Leo says
