Chapter 1

The first rays of sunlight hit your window as it expands towards the blinds, your carpeted floor, reaching to the lush covers of your bed. Soon, your whole room was infused with light.
You hummed in your sleep as you slowly sat up from your comfortable bed, pushing off the large sheets that had covered your body. Rubbing the sleep form your eyes, you let out a loud yawn and stretch your limbs out away from you.
Feeling relaxed as you let out a few sounds of satisfaction.
Now fully awake, you look around at your nearly empty room, almost all your items were moved to your new house. It was your last day living with your father, something you've dreamed of doing for a while.
You hop off from your bed and open your closet, setting out your new school uniform for Jae Won High. You pull out a pair of black shoes, leaving them by the doorway next to your backpack.
You passed the large mirror in your room, but soon stopped and backed up as you looked at the condition of your hair.
"Are you kidding me?" You prodded your hair with your finger, soon getting your hand entangled with rest of the knots in your hair.
With a sigh, you gave up on losing the knots and grabbed a towel, making your way into your bathroom.

You made your way down the stairs, trying to fix the last buckle on your shoe while pulling on your blue uniform sweater over your white button shirt.
You made it down to ground level, moving through a few corridors of the massive mansion till you made it to one of the many dining halls that breakfast was being served.
You took your time, taking a final look of the place the table was long enough to reach both sides of the room. Leaving a dozen seats empty, but only three to be occupied. The table was flushed with a number of your favorite foods. Something you would miss once you left.
You sped your walking, deciding to sit next to the closet seat near your father, While Crystal sat across from you, your father who sat in the center between you two.
"Morning dad, Crystal." You said, securing your backpack to the back of your chair.
Your father gave a nod towards your greeting, running his hand in between his mauve hue hair as he took a sip of his tea.
"Morning Y/n, bet your excited for today?" Crystal smiled, looking up from her phone to see you, before tapping away on the small device.
Picking up a two slices of toast, you spread a generous amount of butter on one side. You took a bite, your voice came out muffled. "I'm am, it just feels good to be on my own for once."
"Funny, you've been saying that the whole week. Like some trapped prisoner here." This time it was your father's turn to respond, eying you up and down with those dark, squinted eyes.
"I do feel trapped her at times." You confessed, quietly returning to your half eaten toast.
Your heard your older sister giggle from across the opposite side of the table.
"That's fine, and here." You watched your father's movements as he pulled out a phone from his pocket and handed it to you. "Its the latest model, I even had someone implement a tracker just in case."
You turned over the new (phone brand) in your hands, admired the few small details on the exterior of your new mobile device.
"Thanks dad." You soon pressed the 'on' button to your new phone, and was soon met with a very familiar wallpaper. Something you hadn't seen in a while.
