Chapter 6

⇰⇰⇰⇰⇰

You had to practically beg Alfred, your personal driver, to let you use the public transportation just to reach your friends at school. He wasn't sure about letting that happen, as he was only following your fathers orders.

But you'd hurt yourself from smiling too much as he let you do this out of a one time opportunity.

⇰⇰⇰⇰⇰

You had arrived at school to help with a few things, as the festival was taking place outside of the schools courtyard.

You hopped out the public bus, you had a jump in your step as you excitedly made quick yet sharp intervals between people.

Passing by many departments who were setting, waving to a few people as you tried to skim through the sets looking for your department.

"Hi, Y/n." You turned around, meeting eyes with a widely known person to you.

You walked up to the blue-pink haird boy, his posture leaning over you as he stood tall. He had a gentle smile, and bent down to reach your height.

"Sorry. We haven't met formerly. My name is Eli Jang from the B-."

"From the Beauty Department. Right?" You interrupted. You point out his clothes and multi colored hair.

He rubbed the back of his neck. "Its that obvious, huh?"

You giggled in response, "Its fine, I'm just use to seeing alot of girls just fawning over you wherever you go."

No wonder girls fell for him, it was easy to see his sweet charm. Though he was terrible at cutting hair, it couldn't help a bunch of girls to recieve bad haircuts from him.

Eli laughed, gently reaching over to play with the ends of your short/long hair. "You sure you dont want a haircut from me?"

You couldn't help but blush at the cute gesture, having to turn your head away from. "N-no thank you."

You felt Eli's gentle hand, moving your to the side as he peered at your red face.

"Sorry. Its just... I love your hair. It looks and speaks like your personality."

You were about to respond till a senior from the Beauty Department had called out to Eli.

It was now time for him to go. You waved bye to him. "Bye Eli."

He waved back to you, walking in the opposite direction he came from.

You walked off, getting ready for the first staged event: The Fashion Show

⇰⇰⇰⇰⇰

You watched as a couple sophomores had walked down the catwalk, one of them being dressed as a shark.

You couldn't help but cringe at this years Fashion show, but none the less cheered for the sophomores as they worked the runway.

You stood between Zack and Daniel, watching one of the sophomores complain to another on the costume they made.

You clapped your hands together, gaining the attentionof the sophomores. You stood up straight, giving them your best smile.

"Its takes great work for such a costume to be made and for such a great person to model it."

You watched as both sophomores immediately turned red, fumbling around with their words as they each took in your appearance.

"So your the new student? You should totally be a model!"

You gave a light laugh, brushing off his comment. "Sounds fun, but I'm not model material. I just live simple and dream big."

The sophomores couldn't stop themselves as they started conversing with you. Mostly talking about any new ideas for next years festival.

Even dragging you away with them. You merely glanced back to wave back at Zack and Daniel. "Don't worry. I'll meet back later."

Zack scoffed, rolling his eyes as he watched the upper classmen getting close to you. Daniel give an effort less wave in return, feeling a little lonely just as he wanted to spend some time with you.

⇰⇰⇰⇰⇰

After getting away from the Fashion Dept Sophomores, you started walking around for a bit by yourself. Running into your friends a few times along the way.

Stopping by the Backing Dept to purchase some fresh bread and pastries to snack on later.

Sneaking past the Beauty Dept as you had narrowly missed Eli who already had a long line of females wanting their haircut by him. Before he could even offer you one.

You walked over to the Architecture Dept, who were arm wrestling as their way of profit. Even though you were pretty weak, you still lost but came out as winner for trying.

You played a couple games and bought a few items for yourself. Walking back to the catwalk like stage, as one of the Baking Dept students announced the next event.

The Slave Auction.

⇰⇰⇰⇰⇰

You stood among the crowd of eager females as many of them either swooned or were desperate to get the highest bid.

You stood next to Zoe, she helped you by pointing out every guy who came on the stages. Giving you a very descriptive detail of them and what you should lookout for.

You watched as Eli went up on stage, then being sold for $500. He came off the stage and was soon crowded around by a bunch of girls.

Listening to the mc as he announced the next male.

"Okay! Next up from the Architecture Dept... Vasco

You smiled gently, Vasco was nervous. Even that awkward walk he made and the tense yet intimidating face he presented to the crowd. He was really nervous to be up there, his stare even frightened the girls. Nearly causing him to gain no bids.

Till you stepped in.

"$1,000!" You had your hand raised, signaling to the mc of your bid.

Damn, there goes my allowance for this month

Wandering eyes traveled towards you, you even met eyes with Vasco's shocked expression. You kept your head high, eyes not leaving Vasco, giving him a cute wink.

"Wow. That's the highest bid. Going once for $1000? Going twice? Sold for $1000."

His face erupted into red. The loud cheering from the crowd had filled your ears, you watched as Vasco had walked off the stage and made his way over to you. You doing the same.

He had his arms out, you ran into his open arms. You felt the ground leaving your feet as he held you up to his hard upper body, swinging you around.

You held a firm grip onto his neck, your joyous laughter could be heard over the occasional 'Thank You's' you received from Vasco, as tears streamed down his face.

You felt more people surround you, realizing that it was the rest of The Burn knuckles coming to celebrate with you.

You really did help them out.
