~29. Issues~

Veronica's POV

A few hours later Nessa came back from school.

-"I am back." She yelled from downstairs. I wasn't in the mood so I remained silent.

-"Hey, are you alive?" She said as she walked into my room. I simply nodded to her and she sat next to me. "What's the matter?"

-"It was a hard decision to break up with Aaron."

-"I know but don't you like Ethan now?"

-"Yes, of course, I do. But it's going to be tough to get over him."

-"I know, and I will be there for you whenever you need me."

-"Thank you," I said and hugged Nessa.

As soon as she walked out of my room my phone started ringing. It must be Ethan. It's... Aaron?! What does he want? It took me a few moments to think if I should pick it up or not and I finally did.

-"Hello?"

-"Roni, please don't do this to us. I still love you and I know you feel the same way about me." I said and started tearing up.

-"Aaron stop. You are making this worst. I am with Ethan now. I am sorry it had to end."

-"No, it doesn't have to end. Please give me a second chance. I promise I won't give you or even mention the drugs when I am with you."

-"I am sorry, it's over."

-"You are going to regret this you..." He said and I hang up.

I am going to regret this? What does that even suppose to mean?

Ethan's POV

As soon as I got back from school I got a text from Nessa saying that Roni wasn't feeling that good. Shall I ask her to go for a walk or watch some Netflix? How about both? I took my phone and called her.

-"Hey princess how are you?"

-"Hi, babe. I am just fine."

-"I was wondering if you would like to hang out. We can grab a coffee at Starbucks and then we could chill at my place."

-"Sounds good to me."

-"Great. I will pick you up at 6.30."

-"Okay, see you later."

-"Byee." I said and hang up.

I turned my phone off and then headed to the bathroom. I quickly took a shower and after I put some clothes on I took a quick nap.

~2 hours later~

I could hear someone talking at me and moments later I fell on the floor. 

-"Ethan wake up dude. It is almost 6 pm." Grayson said and pushed me off the bed.

-"Fuck I have to pick Roni up," I said and quickly got up. I put on a sleeveless shirt and a pair of shorts. I ran my fingers through my hair and then headed downstairs. I grabbed my car keys and closed the door behind me.

Thankfully there wasn't any traffic so I was able to arrive at her place in no time. 

-"Hi, E," Roni said and gave me a kiss.

-"Hey, babe."

-"Why are you so grumpy?" She said and chuckled.

-"I overslept," I said and rubbed the back of my head. "Shall we?"
