Ch 11

I text Logan before schools over to see what he's doing today.

He says

Got football practice. Wanna come?

Sure! Where do I go?

Just meet me at the gates.

Ok. On my way.

And I walk to the gates.

Masons Pov

When were all putting our jerseys on I see number 21.

I finish getting dressed and go to Cole.

I nudge him. "Hey, ya know I'm pretty sure Olivia is dating 21 over there." I say.

He rolls his eyes. "I know."

"Hey you don't sound too happy either. Lets go tell him."

"Tell him what?"

"Ugh! just follow my league." I say and walk up to him.

He looks down on me since he's taller.

"Hey," I say. "Whatcha doin with Olivia?"

"Olivia? You know her?" he says.

"Ya, she's in like all my classes. I saw you walk her to 8th period."

"Ya, and?"

"She said you guys aren't dating but that sure is really what it looks like."

"Oh." he lowers his head.

"Hey! Your in 8th grade! Back away!"

"What?"

"Ya, seriously, you'll be gone anyways next year."

"Ugh," he shakes his head. "Whatever."

I shake my head in disgust and we get called outside.

Logan's Pov

We walk outside and I see Olivia standing by the gate.

She smiles at me.

I smile back and wave her over, ignoring whatever the coach is saying.

She looks around and then comes.

She stands next to me and I put my arm on her shoulder.

She giggles and the coach finishes.

He looks at her blankly. "What are you doing here?" he says to her.

"Ummm." she says and I can tell she's embarrassed with everybody looking at her.

"She's alright, she's with me coach!" I say.

"This isn't bring your girlfriend to practice day?" he says.

Me Olivia roll out eyes. "Were not dating" we mumble in unison.

"Well if your gonna stay here, go wait over there." he says to her and points back to the gates.

I look at her with the 'Soory. eek!' face and she walks back to the gates.
