When Jack looked at Mark, fear shone in his eyes.

"I have an idea. You're going to hate it." Mark put his hands on his hips.

"If it might get you out of this mess, it's worth it." Jack hesitated, then explained his plan. When he was finished, Mark's face was chalky white.

"You're an idiot you know." Jack chuckled and nodded.

"I know." He tested the sharpness of the knife Mark had reluctantly given him. Satisfied, he looked back at Mark.

"You know I might not make it out of this if something goes wrong." Mark looked at the floor but nodded.

"I know." Jack hugged Mark.

"But that won't happen." He whispered. Then he stepped back and closed his eyes.

"Alright Anti. I give up." Mark watched as a grin spread across Jack's face and saw his friend tighten his grip of the knife handle. Anti opened his jet black eyes and smiled at Mark.

"Don't think I don't know his little plan." Mark's eyes widened.

Then the darkness left Jack's eyes. The Irish man collapsed on the floor, blood pouring from the cut on his neck. Tears streamed down Mark's face.

"I hope this works buddy."
