you started a battle, you could not win, each time you said "i love you", you tallied another sin.
your winds stormed through me, your words kept me frozen, your actions would always cloud over me but your heart was broken.
beaten up by your past, you found me...it all happened so fast. the screaming, the names, your actions, my pain. you hurt me, you diminished me, you drove me insane.
still to be the bigger person, i told you plain, i will no longer love you, i am ending all my pain.
i said my goodbye, a maybe for the future, a stronger person now, i feel better then ever, but i'll look out for you whenever, like birds of a feather.
